I also wanna give a huge "you guys are awesome" to this thread, because its great to have a space where the focus is on f/f and is also not alienating to bisexual women (or men.)
The focus shouldn't be f/f though, it should be Sera as a character.

I think it has been mentioned on the twitter thread that on monday, Mike is doing a stream of the prologue of the game. Welp perhaps I might have to call it quits here earlier than I hoped. Spoilers won't be unavoidable here then. :/

There's been plenty of talk about other aspects of her character, as of course there should be. There's also been plenty of OT stuff, too, but you've got to expect that there are going to be a lot of girls who like girls in the thread of DA's first explicitly lesbian character, and they are going to want to talk about that aspect.

I want dat prologue to be fresh, it's the first impression I'll get of the game, I want it to be me doing it.

Yes, of course the focus is on Sera as a character.
What I meant is that because Sera will only be in f/f relationships with players, that means that this thread is concerned with f/f relationships (at least romantically and lbr romancable companions threads are pretty much 90% about the romances or at least posts by people planning to do the romance) so the conversation, when drifting, settles on f/f topics and isn't derailed or drowned out by people talking about m/f stuff like it would if, say, we shared this space with Cullenites (like if we didn't have separate threads.... of course Cullenites are welcome here 
).
Essentially it's a good place for people to talk about Sera, Sera/Quizzie, f/f relationships in Dragon Age, and f/f relationships in general, but it doesn't have a huge LESBIANS ONLY sign up on it. 
Dudes and bi/straight women are welcome here and the ones who are here don't take over the conversations to be about het relationships (or gay men)....which is to me, a lovely balance and more difficult to come by than you'd imagine.

Yup I originally mentioned that in a post that got eaten by the forum somehow. Her sexuality is one of the few things we currently know about her, beyond a few broad details of her character, some one liners and a bit of banter.

The review embargo is over on Tuesday, so I was gonna clear out after then anyway, but yeah.....them officially showing the prologue makes it so a lot of people are going to feel like that's no longer a "spoiler" or assume that enough people have seen it that they'll just toss stuff out, or whatever....which is basically worse than the review embargo,b ecause it will probably have spoilers people recognize as things people don't want to know. I mean either way you can get assholes who will ruin it, but it's the well meaning people you gotta watch out for with the stream on Monday.

I don't think any of the non spoiler avoidant in here care about not discussing the prologue in this thread---and it's not like we'll have anything to discuss about Sera from it. I left the Solas thread a few days ago because there is tons of new stuff about him and I wasn't going to expect people there to not talk about it, but that's different!
I'm more worried about some person who's not a regular coming in and accidentally (or purposefully) spoiling something....which the possibility is very low of, but still.

You all seem to do a great job of tagging them though, from what I've seen. I'm personally staying away from trailers, reviews, and all that other fun stuff. I want my playthrough to be completely blind and completely surprising to me.
