Those videos don't show every dialogue/cutscene from the first hour of the game! I know for some people, it's the same to play through it after watching it, but I wanna go in not knowing every scene, despite the fact that I have a reasonable approximation of what happens in the prologue. i don't care about hour long gameplay videos though

I understand it's obnoxious, but everyone should be more than capable of controlling their urges and not watching it if they don't want to see...And I'm sure they can also survive without the forums until the 18th.

18th? Not getting it till the 21st. And once I'm gone from here tomorrow I won't be returning till I complete the game. So it will be a few months till I show my mug round these parts again. I can control myself from not watching spoiler filled vids, quite easily, it's the people around BSN who I don't trust hence why I'm going dark.

The EA early access starts on the 13th, so the first hour and beyond will be all over youtube and the rest of the internet days before the game comes out. I don't see how Bioware streaming the first hour is a big deal. 

That's why all of this was a complete crap idea on EA/Bioware's part. They know their games are very story driven, why are they intentionally spoiling  it?

Its not really a huge spoiler to show the inciting incident we already know, IMO. It's just hard to avoid that if you want to go in fresh and are on the forums/tumblr/twitter etc

Still a part of BSN tho, nope once I'm gone I'm gone. Till I finish the game, however long that takes me. Which will be some time as I have to divide up my playtime.

Edit: actually this subforum is for story so there won't be a separate area.

I'm not in support of this at all so I won't be watching a second of this, who shows off a hour of the game before release? I mean seriously. At midnight it will be 7 days to go for me exactly a week and my week is a little busy anyway i'm playing one more playthrough of DAO and DA 2, work tuesday and my birthday is  thursday so I just have to make it through the weekend to get to the midnight release  next monday night/tuesday morning, so like Crim I think this will be my last night on here till after I beat the game. I may get on real fast next monday evening to announce I'm leaving for the midnight release but thats about it
