This is my first experience with being here for a game opening, so it's new for me.

I've spent the past few days thinking about it and have decided i'll be getting a month of EA Access. 

 

I preordered the Inquisitor edition so because it's big and expensive, I assume it will be coming by courier. When i've had games come by courier before, they are always on release date. I only get them early if they come in the normal post. I don't get courier deliveries until around 5pm-ish usually. So thinking about it that way....I won't get to play my copy until late on 21st because I have to wait for the delivery and my friend buying the regular version will have been playing it all day

 

So my plan is to get EA Access when the DAI early access goes live for UK, download it and then start my 6 hours the day before release on 20th. I have a gig in the afternoon that day so I can come home, make a few Inquisitors and then maybe spend the rest of the 6 hours (if theres any time left after the CC) playng multiplayer or something. I wouldn't use that time to go through the story. Then it means when I get my game, my inquisitor will be ready to go and it gives me time to catch up to everyone getting the game earlier.

 

It's only £4, it costs me more than that to get into town so definitely worth it to get my quizzys built

I should probably say that I'm not planning on leaving just yet . Still haven't decided it I'll watch the Twitch stream actually. I'm not really too bothered about early-game spoilers. It's major plot twists that would annoy me.

 

I did however want to say goodbye to those who are leaving before they fully went dark, cos I've appreciated their company over the last few weeks.

I read somewhere the 16th, which makes sense since the game itself is out 3 days after America. Otherwise UK folk would get it 8 days early

Wow, that IS pricey.

 

They're selling them for $349 in the US right now, with up to two free games and/or Kinect.
