Oh, I tend to see 1933-1945 Germany as a sorry bunch of thieves with crappy tech in the start, and quite a lot of stolen tech in the end.
I tend to see what came after (1948-1989ish) another poor attempt at a joke. You know what the story about the country's "Navy" (such as it was... a single patrol boat, AFAIK) is? Apparently the communist leadership needed money for booze and food for some event. No matter, there went the patrol boat!
And today, the joke's still a joke.
Mr... President *spits* is nothing but embarrasment. A lot like the previous. The last good leader was Mr. President Masaryk. President Benes may not have been bad, but he didn't get to... president... too much.
Modern day Germany stands much better with me. Having a decent amount of.... fellow players... in Germany helps that.
You know what's the not-so-funny part about Poland? They could've seen September 39 coming all the way back in 38 and Munich treaty. Sadly, they didn't.
Instead, they took some territory for themselves. It's a shame. I believe that together, we could've given Nazi Germany a proper what-for.
