Lelianna will not be a LI, Cullen is and he's an NPC, she's likely to be his female counterpart in the romance department, I'm 90% sure she's a LI.

I'm sure scribe girl will take the last slot seeing as Cullen is an NPC. She's the only alternative female NPC that could serve as a foil for NPC LI. Cassandra will be straight and Scribbie will be bi. If they have 8 options, I could see Vivienne also be available as bi.

They redacted and said they meant Dragon Age games, not Bioware games in general. So technically 6 is more since DAO had 4 and DA2 had 5.

I don't think Sera & Briala are the same person (Briala is a tan-skinned brunette), but I think it is possible that they could share similar goals.

 

But...she could have cut and dyed her hair! And she seems somewhat tanned to me...or at least, less pale than most? And she's gay, like Briala.

That's true, I had forgotten about the potential for NPC romance arcs. In that case, I could definitely see Scribbles as a bisexual LI.
