Well, I finally got around to reading Cat's story, and the Chapter 1 revisions helped a great deal. The story as a whole isn't precisely how I'd do things, but it was still quite well-written, so kudos.

If you remember BW saying Leliana's model in one of the E3 streams isn't the one she'll actually use for spoiler reasons...
It's a picture of her actual model in that quest, at least I think.
* deep breath* I think I'm not going to look at that pic. Oh man. Let's just hope I don't encounter that situation in the game

Be level 10 and either a hold guard or an Orc named Durak will come up to you and start the introductory quest; or you can go to Dayspring Canyon, located southeast of Stendarr's Beacon, enter it and talk to a character there to start the questline.

I think you have to get to level 11 (I think - could also be level 7) before you can start the first quest. Then either an orc will find you in a town (happened to me the first time) or you listen to rumours from barkeeps. The place it points you too is near Riften.

I think it's entirely possible that All that Remains left me completely inured to anything lesser.
