The thing is, if you didn't see that particular animation, then given the game mechanics where followers get revived from the dead after every fight, there's no reason to suppose that she's definitely dead. There's no "murder knife" action. But anyway, the arguments been done to death and she's in the game so there we have it.

True, but I don't see why Cassandra's scene should have nudity while the others do not. It's unlikely that it's a thing exclusive to her romance.
