I would say always. So far it seems we'll get a good variety of dynamics in the romance arcs too. Josie and Cass will have to wait. Sera will be my first.

Doubt it. As cute as Sera is she's not going to have the same pull as a bisexual LI like Liara was. Sera's the Serawesomest, but bisexual romance options generally get more people and more popularity.
