Leliana's the only girly girl in all of the BW games I've played. As far as I know. At least whenever she's not too busy being a Bard.

I'm sure they will at some point. Games like Tomb Raider are pushing the female protagonist forward whereas stuff like Bayonetta, even though its cool, is actually making it worse. The new Metal Gear Solid has a female character that is basically naked. That's not really going to help things.

In Half-Life, that's not really a horror game, but I bet Antlions eat you if they kill you...

Yeah, one of the reasons this bothers me is because of the nerd rage thats directed at her in these gross gendered ways....it feels like a lot of people are going to feel "satisfied" that the pretty girl they couldn't kill finally gets her comeuppance, or whatever gross thing. I mean I know can't control other people's reactions and thus I should ignore it, but it will still gross me out.

Just a heads-up: Dawnguard is restricted to lvl 10+. If you happen to be below that, you won't be able to start the quest.

It can be started below lvl 10.

 

You can go to fort dawnguard right after helgen and it will start. At lvl 10 its starts by hearing guard mention it or that orc comes to "recruit" you.

I think I said before that I got uninterested in the Creed series right around Revelations. But Aveline...she is worth it man...I mean I keep typing this but it's literally like playing myself in game because her heritage is African and French. Les bontemps roulet!

and truthfully, she's the most fluid assassin I have fought with in this series...I mean Altair is a boss but engines weren't running crisp like Aveline's.

Mostly just saying she survives because of her gender/looks like has been said about Liara. I mean there's some stronger stuff, but the implications I get are that her "only worth" is her prettiness, and since they hate her, being able to "take that away" will be the option they always wanted.
