A BioWare rep has recently stated on Reddit that PS3/360 is pretty much equal to Low settings.

They've mentioned stripping out a lot of the ambient NPCs and things like that. Given last gen's tragically small memory I would assume that is in addition to whatever the PC low settings are.

Eh, that doesn't both me all that much. Since I could care less about that, I'm more for story than ambient NPCs anyways....

Ok. Just got to figure out how I can do her nose and finalise her ear and then I photocopy it to black and white. And then I'm done. Simples. Only, I have no idea how I am going to make her nose.

I agree, but if I play on a 7 years old console, I shouldn't expect to have be perfect.
If it'll look more or less like low details on pc plus lack of ambient npcs, and nothing else lost, I'll be an happy panda.
