Make up yer mind, is the spoon wooden or rusty, it can't be both!

it has a wooden grip with a rusty head... you wont see it long lolMake up yer mind, is the spoon wooden or rusty, it can't be both!
Did anyone post this in here? I can't remember. It's pretty cool, anyway. I'm really enjoying what I've heard of the score so far. Can't wait to hear some of the choral stuff in game!
I like how composer interviews have become a long running staple of video game marketing. I like the soundtrack though I think how much will have to wait until after the game. I'm mostly concerned it won't be used well.
Link to some... educational... (and NSFW) science under the cut. Also, spoilers:

As they should be. Just like in movies and TV, the music is a key part of the experience.
POLYGON: Dragon Age: Inquisition’s greatest achievement is its writing
During the past week or so, I've spent some time with Dragon Age: Inquisition. Like many of the game's reviewers, I am deeply impressed with the game, its world, its story and its characters.
Dragon Age: Inquisition isn't merely about exploring a beautiful and vast world, or fighting through combat challenges, or managing power portfolios of character rigs and skills. It's about hanging out with the game's party members, the dozen or so men and women (human or otherwise) with whom you will be spending an awful lot of time.
WANT
Yes good, very good news.
I see they gave it a 9.5 / 10 as well. Dark horse of the year?
Actually I'm struggling to remember anything particularly noteworthy that came out this year.

So far, Bayonetta 2, Wolfenstein, Titanfall, and Shadow of Mordor.
That is in terms of reception and review scores. I might be forgetting a few others.
* fist bump* agreedMy kinda science right here.

Well, Divinity Original Sin came out some months ago and it's definitely one of my favorites of this year. Great game. ![]()

Is just a shame that so many people are dismissing Inquisitions good reviews as "lies paid for by EA"
Those people should look at what Ubisoft did with AC Unity. They essentially weaponized the review embargo by lifting it at 12pm on release day. And the game is a horrible mess right now.
Meanwhile, EA was confident enough to lift the embargo over a week prior to launch. Seems obvious to me who's lying about their product...

I'm glad I picked Dragon Age over AC Untiy then. I was short on money and had to cut off either AC or Dragon Age. I picked Dragon Age so I made a good choice then

Now that I think about it, it has been an interesting year.
Titanfall was crazy hyped, crazy successful and then had a massive player drop off.
Watch Dogs was supposed to bring next gen but crashed and burned (totally called it).
Destiny was also supposed to usher in a new generation but was something of an anti-climax - consensus of opinions wise.
AC:Unity was the next big one off the rank and tanked so hard it took Ubisoft's share price with it.
Meanwhile Shadow of Mordor and Wolfenstein came out of nowhere to enjoy critical and commercial success. Alien: Isolation was seen as too good to be true by most but somehow managed to deliver.

People are like that. Publishers are villains, CDProjekt and Valve are heroes. Journalists are corrupt, youtubers are honest. Simple narratives make the world easier to understand.
I need my DA fix...
Anyone have a link to the Wednesday's multiplayer stream?
That encompasses precisely why I'm so hyped for this game. Well that and the ability to shape the Inquisition to my own ideas.

Sadly it's to be expected, and EA have brought that upon themselves a little considering their past record. Hopefully when people figure out that the game is actually great, they'll eat their words...

Oh, that is brilliant.

I won't hold my breath.
Speaking of, I hope no one in EA actually has done the extreme fail of paying for good reviews of DA:I. The game seems to be standing tall on its own merits, so it would really suck for the good rep it has built if EA decided to hedge its bets and that gets leaked.
Everything I'm aware of EA doing in relation to Inquisition speaks of extreme confidence. Extra funding, openness with the press, reaching out to YTers, prominence at E3*...
They can be twits like everyone else of course, but not on this day.
*Quite likely due to having no line up this year admittedly.
@Bioblitzer hahahaaha
