I guess they went for the 'cool' factor. IB is a giant who swings a big hammer, Varric has a pseudo machine gun and Vivienne has the Maleficent hat. The others look pretty standard next to those three. Except Cole, but he's more 'terrifying' than 'cool' as far as looks go.

Bianca's more of a pump-action shotgun than a machine gun, but yeah. I take your point.

Yeah it sounds like "Red Jenny" is more of a concept than an individual person, There are Red Jennies all over and and she's the current Val Royeaux version. I understood everything that she said, at least that I could hear. Seriously what's the point of having the game sound down so low?
