It really sounds like it depends on how fast you progress through the main plot. 

 

If you just go for the bare minimum side stuff, I assume it will be fairly close to the other games...flirts happen earlier, but serious starts start around 10-15 hours in. 

 

If you take your time...who knows.

I think people just interpreted teh 'pinning underclothes to a Chantry board' story as them pinning eachother's under-clothes to a Chantry board after...well, yeah.

 

I guess I could see how someone misinterprets that.

Someone had to. I do think it might be because of their attitude. Gaspard is militaristic, Celene prefer diplomacy and Briala with her Eluvians can operate a perfect Spy network.
