No but it may be linked to her specialisation - tempest are described as and chaotic and slightly mad.

I've come to the conclusion that Sera really reminds me of my cat when he was a kitten, full of energy and mischief, the ball of fuzz used to taunt big dogs into running into walls and doors

I have always said I am.sane enough to know i'm crazy. That's what a sorta wild life will do to you. Thank goodness I was fortunate enough not to bear the ultimate consequence for some of my actions...my life.
