The hair looks horrible on low graphics, on everyone, it's so distracting and shiny....I am gonna mess around with my settings later to try to fix that. Maybe it will get patched too, because it's not the texture really that's awful, it's the shininess.

For me, the ear looks pointy, but that could be from the angle. I agree that the hair looks bad.
