Since I aint getting the game......I may have to make a back up plan . 

 

Try to play Alien Isolation even though it wont work . Say , from what I understood , the game has an issue with NVidia......or NVidia has a problem with the game . Anyway , apprently if you rever to an old driver version the game work fine . 

 

Any idea which one is it ??

Oh, I haven't gotten it yet, supposed to be by 8 pm. Which means I have up to 12 hours to wait yet.

Hopefully you won't have to wait that long. If it's an Amazon package, it should be at your door sometime in the afternoon.

Which driver version do you have installed?

Not necessarily. Launch the program and check which version you have installed.

 

I don't believe Alien has any issues with drivers, to be honest.

It does . Game scree where ya start LAG like hell . it has a Major Issue like hell...........I was never able to even hit START .

I just checked and it's in town. UPS is taunting me, or at least it feels that way.

Give it until the afternoon (12-3pm). From my experience, that's most often when their packages are delivered.

Well, I just googled it and it looks like driver 344.48 does break the game.

 

Verify the version you have installed and update the drivers accordingly. You can use the app to do both of those things.

Probably. There wasn't any shoulder plate sliders that I could see in the CC

Here's to hoping you get a chance to grab a copy soon. From what I hear the PC game has a multitude of performance issues right now so it's probably best to wait a little before you start.

Anyway. I found out there's a physical store of my retailer in the city where I go for school, so I paid them a visit. Here's how it went:

"Hello, I came to ask regarding..." *sees Inquisition on the shelf, loses all words*

*several seconds pass*

"It's... here...?"

*proceeds to ask about when it could be shipped*

 

The person behind the counter offered finishing my order right there. On the spot. Alas, the last few Koruna I had on me have fallen in combat when I bought lunch.

It wouldn't work anyway. I have some sort of faithful customer thing, lowering the price considerably, and that only works for e-shop purchases that are shipped by postal services.
