Updated to the latest drivers from my graphics card. checked that they work with older game... Origin has a countdown timer to DAI...

So I spent ages making my quizzy and her make-up ended up looking too bright once I got out of the CC... (non-spoilery pic in spoiler tag)

It sometimes looks even brighter than in that screenshot. I think I'll try again tomorrow...

 

Edit: As you can see, Launching Origin from Steam with the Origin In-Game overlay disabled still works for screenshots.

 

Edit 2: And the game seems to run OK on ultra on my rig. A couple of slight judders but smooth enough for me.

I'M GONNA LOSE IT! Amazon hasn't updated the tracking info for my copy since it shipped out Tuesday and when I enter the tracking code into the USPS website it says it can't find my order.  It'll probably be here tomorrow but dammit this lack of info is making the wait harder.

I had a similar issue with Amazon, and usps couldn't find my order. Then I found out it was being handled by fedex and tracked it through them. So maybe your copy is being handled by fedex?

WildOrchid, I have only hit one bug in 30 hours of play. Granted its a huge one, but it's just the one.

(If you customize your hawke you run the chance of the game accidentally switching your Quizzie's accent. Its awful and I ended up having to use default hawke)

That let's you kick her our. She says something like, "What, are you serious?" and then you can say yeah and make her leave.

My Quizzy just had a 1st talk with Sera in the Tavern and they already gave each other the eye sex.

So I'm playing my female Qunari character, and after recruiting Iron Bull I asked Sera what she thinks about him, and I've seen something I really didn't like. I'm not sure if it qualifies as spoiler, but just in case:

Maybe it's because I'm very sensitive about this subject due to the fact in movies and TV shows lesbian characters almost always are "de-gayed" in some way (usually simply by ending up in bed with a man and obligatory looking like they have the best time of their life), but it kinda sounded to me like she was slightly attracted to him.

 

When asked about him, she laughed in similar manner as she did in response to my character's advances and said that he makes her wonder about (and here she made a pause and spoke the word in a bit suspicious way) "things", thought later she brought up the Qun so it could be just it, but first she said: "he's got nothing on you" after that already kind of suspicious sounding line. If that was about Qun then why would she mention my character and how much better she is than him?

 

I've read somewhere here that if I didn't play as Qunari, she would say something about Bull making her wonder how Qunari women look like instead. She was expressing since the first encounter clear attraction to my Qunari. So what does that "he's got nothing on you", the speech line that was made apparently only for female Qunari characters she's crazy about, is supposed to mean? He's hot, but you're way hotter?

If it helps she says something a bit further down the romance, along the lines of:

"I don't date pricks. Pricks and pricks." So I take that as meaning she doesn't date arses and also doesn't date guys. Also keep in mind that a person can say that someone else is attractive even if they don't "go that way." Think of it like her saying, "Sure Bull is good looking, but I've got you and you're better." No idea why that Qun line is thrown in there though, it sounds out of place. Could be she's saying it's a turn off or that she doesn't trust it?

Hmmm. Her eye makeup looks a bit like mine's. Great minds think alike, yes?

Your Vallaslin is much paler though. Mine has... green.

THankfully the game looks stunning on decent frames, too.
