The first time is always special, but so are successive playthroughs, just not in the same way.

 

And in a game this big there is always a little detail you missed somewhere that brings a bit of that initial joy of discovery.

 

Yeah, but... Well, I'll be honest, Sera's the only person interesting to me as a romance interest.

I like them all, but Sera's just that much above them.

Hmm... On second thought, that means I'll get to see her romance quite commonly, right.

 

Only shame I probably won't ever manage to recreate Arianne. Oh well. I wish the Keep added Inquisition already so I can put in my choices before I forget them. For science. And keeping that particular worldstate for the next DA game. The several years wait for the next chapter begins with completion of the previous!

 

I'll try to take a picture of the two I'm having problems with. It's kind of funny in real life I have a good sense of direction but in the game I always find myself going the wrong direction.

 

I have a pretty good sense of direction, too. Real life AND games. Especially games.

 

But Forbidden Oasis is a bloody NIGHTMARE.

 

I'd rather go and replay both Mass Effect and Dragon Age trilogies on Nightmare than navigate that place.

 

Or, maybe... Well, I like to exaggerate I guess.

Also, the western shard. It's on a very high hill, isn't it?

 

Try taking a Mage, and go to the spider-infested cave. Proceed directly south from there, you should find yourself on a ridge if I got that right.

 

With a little luck, you'll find a bridge that needs Energizing. Should be on your right, at the edge, once you get up a ladder.

When do you get to ask her to get married, I haven't gotten that yet and I only have the last main quest to go. I'm getting worried.

 

I got it after completing both the ball and the warden/fade. It seems to be the definite scene since the option to break the relationship off vanishes after it.

I've just come across some banter in Redcliffe that seems to be imply as much. It's interesting.

I don't remember the exact dialog, but she mentioned playing around with painted boxes back in the day.

I don't think 15ish is too young to be doing 'Red Jenny stuff' considering things they do.

Means I'm probably starting another playthrough a li'l later. Don't want to overwhelm myself with the goodness. Gotta leave another pt for later, so it's a little more fresh than insta-replaying.

I get that, though I don't see why being a little girl would necessarily rule out the possibility. She's pretty vague as to her background and for all we know she's been a Jenny since well before the Blight.

Very interesting. I didn't even think there would be any further dialogue on the subject.

 

The banter I was referring to triggers between her and Varric in Redcliffe. It doesn't really say much but it gave me the idea right away.

Do her missions on the War Table, aid the little people, hurt those who betray you, hurt those who kill the little people for no reason at all or start personal wars over personal gains...

 

It's actually pretty easy. I didn't have trouble getting her approval, and the only choice I meta'd was conscripting the mages instead of making them my allies.

In retrospect, I think I would've done that anyway.

I like Sera's take on the world, even though she is abit immature she has some good ideas. Also she sees the world in her eyes and it makes sense for herself. I would never romance her, because she is crazy and not my type at all, but i enjoy having her in the party. She and Varric has some awesome banter going.
