Does anyone know what happens if you don't accept Viv's hilarious gift advise? Man her reaction in that scene, dying.

why would we we are all human/elf/dwarf/qunari we love the view lolEveryone was panning the camera into lewd camera angles during the non-cinematic conversations.
Don't lie to me, I know you were.
can you imagine your favs in a modern world? holy hell. Leli at the office. Sera, concert promoter and published cookie cookbook author. Solas the engineer of organic products. Iron Bull, a gardner hahahaha. Cassie, head of military development for some company. Viv, fortune 500 CEO, Black Beauty Inc. Varric, owner and proprietary, Drinks On Me. Dorian, television host, All That Glitters (syndicated worldwide).
This list is hilarious.

Why am I so frustrated with Sera yet still finding her so desirable?
I think it's because she's... well, almost amazing. She's good-hearted, highly passionate, smarter than she lets on, and while highly immature, has potential to grow into someone truly worthy... it's just that it never quite goes anywhere. And I think it's terrible that the explicitly immature companion is also the one who never grows.
If I could I would but stupid Qunari quizzy blocks the damn camera.
I think BioWare forgot how tall the Qunariquisitor is sometimes. I counted at least three instances in actual cutscenes where the camera is focused squarely on her chest rather than her face. :S
eyes are up here camera guy

DLC may be your hope of actually character development in Sera I'm afraid.
I think she can grow a bit (with friendship/romance) but it's not drastic.
A huge change in such a short time period would seem unrealistic to me.
Not by the standards we've seen thus far. I'll grant that DA2 may create unrealistic expectations due to how large a timeframe it's set during, but still...

Every character has flaws and i do admit Sera has huge ones but.... that's what makes a character interesting imo.
hopefully she has so much potentialDLC may be your hope of actually character development in Sera I'm afraid.

Some flaws make you interesting. Others just make you obnoxious. Sera has both.
I just wish we could have an actual discussion. About why the Dalish behave as they do. About the different things identity can mean. About magic and why it might be frightening, and why it doesn't truly need to be. I want my Inquisitor to be there for Sera, as she seems to have a lot of issues that I can't even approach; it's even forbidden for me to try to tell her after the Mythal thing that my belief in the Creators or otherwise has nothing to do with her and my religion isn't a rejection of her.
speaking of DLC's for Sera, does any one else feel like something big is in store for Sera? with all the hints coming from the two walking spoilers themselves?
.... I admit to not knowing how to make the spoiler thing so... i'm not sure if i should give examples if the hints come from just party banter?

Hence why i would like a DLC which shows more of Sera's growth. At least something...

That's probably the first time i actually agree with you. What is happening. ![]()

I think that's one thing...DA2 had a 7 year relationship for characters to grow (imagine only knowing Isabela's character for a year?).
I think having a rival path helped too.
That's probably the first time i actually agree with you. What is happening.
I get comments like this a statistically improbable number of times.

I think it would be really tough to get her to see that. She seems to take it really personal (like, she can never measure up to being a 'proper' elf and a big part of accepting Dalish culture is holding elves up to a standard).

I doubt it.
I don't see them doing much more with a character that can be easily kicked at anytime.

You just don't get the sex scene, just fade to black.
Hence why i always accept Viv's offer. ![]()
Damn...

Then why didn't she just refuse to enter a relationship entirely due to my belief in the Creators? It's not as though I made a secret of it.
