I don't mind Vivienne too, only thing that really starts to grate on me is her over use of "darling" in conversations & Sera is really OP, her tempest focus attack nearly wiped out a dragon in 1 hit once

Folk hate Blackwall eh? Is that mainly cos of his revelation because personality wise he is pretty laid back, a bit melancholy but still likeable IMO. Also I like Viv and I enjoyed her disdain for my Inquisitor's choice in paramour also she gives the best gift advice.

From what I've seen it's kinda of mixed, but most still like him

I'm surprised they even hate Blackwall. I personally find him somewhat dull. But he's better when Sera is with him in the party.

I don't like Viv's tone. The way she addresses you is very posh and snotty and that always gets my back up in real-life and I sense it bothers lots of folks here too. However when I talk to Viv she's very pragmatic and very focused and logical in ways that Sera is not. Viv's not getting invited over to my condo for pizza and beer this Friday (neither is Sera)  but she's alright and pretty competent.

 

I've botched Viv. I need to respec her as a Knight-Enchanter. Sera is massively op. I've mainly started taking her cause Varric wasn't working out as much and Cole is a bit, well, Cole. Sera is pretty badass in a fight!

I have only ever played 2 zelda games properly. One where it looks like some anime thing with Link having a giant head. And the other where you can go to some pedestal and get older/younger. That was a while back now. So for me, no. No I don't expect the Garudo Valley theme to start playing. It's probably just you. Not to say I wouldn't like some music playing in the background. It's so bloody boring and the only place I have heard any music in an area was Emerald Graves.

This game is horribly silent. I get about 30 second of music playing every 4-5 hours, then back to ambient background noise. What little I have heard sounds like it would be good.

Blackwall is amazing, and Sera really brings out a fun dimension in him. I love their relationship so much.

I have nothing against Blackwall, just didn't find him even remotely interesting even after his big reveal.
Dude is one hell of a tank though.

I actually didn't recruit Cole. Didn't really make sense to have him along from an RP perspective. Though wasn't really torn up about it as the concept that is Cole is...creepy >.<    Maybe next time. Same actually happened with the Bull. Didn't make any sense for the character i was playing to knowingly have an enemy spy tagging along. This decision i actually feel bad about as i love his character to bits....for the most part. One of those characters i really wanna like but then they say something that makes my skin crawl. In Bulls case it was about the Qun >.<. Just missed out on so much mayhem and the ever lovable Krem, argh!

I want to know exactly what she saw in the fade. I know it wasn't the spiders because she says spiders would have been better. What exactly is The Nothing? New boss perhaps? Future DLC? Come on BioWare, you have to make The Nothing into a boss battle.

Hmmm...would propably go like this: You get teleported in to black space, the UI diappears and then your character. Game over. Psychological trauma make for poor boss battles ....unless you make your entire game about it, like Silent Hill series.  Was kinda disappointed with the fade in this game. It was just generic hellscape. Imagine Seras reaction to the fade as it was in Origins when it actually played head games with you   Silent Hill: Dragon age. Gief nao!

The Nothing could be a giant spectral nightmare just floating around and LOOKING like it's going to eat you, when in fact it isn't actually doing anything to anyone. It just wants to be friends the The Everything but sadly, The Everything is happy with everything and wants for nothing.

Fear of irrelevance. Fear that nothing she does will matter in the end. Fear that in the grand scheme of things, the little people really are utterly ignorable.
