She's playfully sitting on quizzy's throne.

Though i do prefer the Star one than hanged man.

Damn..

*hides face* Perv...

+10 approval from a dog. (How'd you feel about that?)

From what I can see, there is at least 5-7 different layers on the map there. It's impossibly puzzling.

I also had issues finding the one miner to give her back her ring, for exactly the same reason.

I found her climbing a ladder! I didn't know NPC's did that besides your companions.

Forbidden Oasis is a nightmare, but it has a ton of dragon thorn needed to upgrade potions so I can tolerate it.

For ease of romancing it's clearly Qunari, but people have been saying that human is more rewarding story-wise for the game in general. Oh and some cutscenes haven't been properly adjusted for Qunari so their heads can disappear and other fun stuff.

Idk, i played qunari and human and i don't see any difference (apart from some hilarious cutscenes though), orlesians do prefer Trevelyan over Adaar when you go to the ball btw.

At least my companions/advisors were looking up instead of my qunari's bewbs. :P

Hmm... I never have this problem. Are you playing as a mage? Warriors get a taunt and challenge ability which helps to focus enemies on them. Try switching to Cass or Blackwall at the beginning of a fight and having them use "taunt."

Tried. They seem to react with "Oh, sorry. I'm gonna attack your Mage and your Rogue now, peace out!"

My tactic for them is (I am a 2 handed warrior) hit one with stun and when I see them going teleport, just slam my blade down into the ground (forgot the name of the ability), which usually works.

Any tips for when they go after a Mage?

Chase them?

Besides that, just run. Use tac cam, have your warrior or rogue not tanking chase it and control the mage. Sometimes it's better than having to use a potion. If it's Vivienne with her spec, just fight it out.

As I say I'm just going by what I've read other people report, and it does kind of make sense as the main themes of the game are ancient elven stuff and human/elf politics, so for some they feel that from a RP perspective it's better to play as a human or elf.

You're playing with two tanks right? Set one in behaviors to always follow you and make sure they stay close by if you have to by ordering them to in tac cam. But if you set one of them to follow you then they should help defend you.

That's true...but playing the outsider could be fun too.

Qunari do get the more amusing War Table mission though

It would be much easier if there was a layered view of the map. As it stands it's just confusing as hell, because most of the time you have no idea if you're above or below what you're looking for (which also renders the toggle point useless).

Thanks.

Also, why mommy never told me to not go in caves where I'm not sure if the saying...

"Even though I walk through the valley of death, I fear no evil, because I'm the meanest mo...fu...er in the valley"...

applies?

I disinfestated a cave, only to find two more spiders and three deepstalkers camping the exit...

They're all level 8.

I'm level 7, with companions who are 6.

FML. They already noticed.

Oh, good. The doors were one-man wide, so two tanks held them handsomely, and Mages are truly lethal this time around.

Actually I really like the side comments that I get as qunari, and being able to talk to Bull about being qunari.

And the bartender in Haven practically knocked over a bunch of bottles when I walked in, hehe.

Not to mention the leader of the Blades of Hessarian had some unkind words for me.

Mages are pretty OP later in the game after you've buffed them real good. I've given Dorian the abilities to throw enemies into a panic and it's funny to hack away at them with my Quiz and his faithful Cassandra only for Dorian to spook them and have them tear off screaming "Oh no! Oh no!"  :P

I come crawling humbly in after realizing how empty this playthrough feels without Sera. She breathes a bit of life into the place.

I walked into the Haven tavern and she wasn't there and the place just felt so bare...

Despite how much I argue with the girl and the fact that she makes no sense, I gotta recruit her next time.

For your benefit, the next time you feel like channeling our favourite pointy-eared-lulzgal.

Epic! :D

That was an interesting catch up in regards to Sera's views on elves. I'm just gonna say her views in regards to the Dalish frustrate me and I don't agree with her, surprise. :P  But she was willing to read elfy stuff for my creator loving elf so I dunno perhaps she was willing to try a lil, baby steps.

2nd playthrough, locked in her romance yesterday and thought it was cute what she said in regards to her being with a noble human, how others will be idiots in what they say when they hear the Inquisitor is shacking up with an elf. Ha her reaction when you reject her offer to go to bed with her, frustrated groan.

Also brought her along to Old Crestwood for the first time, lmao her responses to that wrath spirit, Sera disapproves.

I confess I like her. She's kind of a jerk but there is something about her...maybe it's the sense that she is hiding a vulnerability. You're right that she makes the Tavern worth visiting...well her and Bull/Krem.

Well the tavern in Skyhold is just plain sad without her gorgeous room, but it's the tavern in Haven that needs her badly.

So excited to make little bovine babies with Bull. :P

Be careful, a modder might see this and create some red beach trunks for him just for you!  ;)
