I like it when you get disapproval for actions the characters know are essential, like with Dorian there and Cass in other places.

Makes them feel more human. Of course he's going to be sad, he loved Alexius, but he's also mature enough to not put that on you.

Cass's are kind of hilarious. "I don't disapprove" UH YEAH YOU DID I SAW IT CASS I KNOW. But again, haha, it's a nice maturity. She doesn't like what you did, but she respects your decisions and will try to go with them.

Cass said I should do a decision

Spoiler

so I do it and she disapproved. What the f*** Cass! What do you want from me!!!

I don't need your permission to have a prerogative, and obviously other opinions are available, what does that matter? If you argue with me then don't complain when I pick those arguments apart, and don't make fun of me when you no longer have anything to say.

You are funny.

It's beastly!

I'm hoping they don't nerf it in a later update.

You're entitled to your opinion. Just as we're entitled to mock said opinion.

In fact, hold on a sec...

I'm not sure what you're trying to do here, you clearly have your mind made up in regards to not recruiting her for your Inquisition so hmm this feels like an pointless exercise.

And she actually has information that we can use in game, none of this might it is available at the war table to do whatever you see fit with it. Sera likes to humble the nobility this isn't new info in regards to her character so I'm not sure how you found her unorthodox style surprising in that regard, she is known as the wildcard afterall.

i'm not looking for people to convince me to recruit her, I'm trying to discuss how appealing she really is when you think about it from an efficiency-oriented Inquisitor's point of view, since we're given the choice of whether to recruit her or not. This IS the forum for discussing her character, right?

I like when you get a scene with Cass where she says "Oh, well I guess I do sound like I'm judging you. But I'm not." Lol, suuuure Cass.

You must have had better approval or something cause he was cool (not the good way) with me about it. But yeah I didn't want him working for me or just sitting in a cell.

We're best buddies. Dorian is my GBF :P (Movie reference, not being a ******)

You know, both him and Samson are pretty much broken once you've defeated them, like they're spirits/wills are pretty much nonexsistant when you judge them, so I feel pretty safe in letting them stay alive to benefit the Inquisition, though in headcannon, I've got templars watching Alexius, and a couple of Lels best agents keeping a close eye on Samson.

Say, do you think Sera likes sea food? She apparently doesn't like fish, but what about crab? Lobster? (used to be a pauper's foodstuff)

I can't. Samson I haven't judged yet but I see what he's been up too. Taking innocent people and stuffing them with red lyrium. He's not sitting safe in a cell on the people's dime. He's a war-criminal. To the block with him!  :P

I'd say both are probably pretty expensive. Unless she stole some?

Leave the pitiful fool to stew in his tasteless stew... We will continue to have Serapple Stew. "tastes the psychedelic looking stew* Mmmhmm, damn that's good!

I see, people here are mocked for actually talking about the substance of the characters, as opposed to making puns and cute imagery and talking them up.

Maybe the problem is that you haven't actually recruited her.

At least I gave Sera a chance before mouthing off about her.

Anyone else think it's massive fun to just skirmish on the Hinterlands battlefield, and be the third party in the Mage-Templar war?

Because that's what I was doing for the past half hour or so... :D

Yep. It's a rp game so I might do differently in another playthrough (it's highly likely). I like what you did there with the duchess!

Dude... take a joke... You're angry, I know it. Don't worry, poppet. Not everyone thinks you are being a fool. *pats your head and whispers* It's ok.

Actually, it's impossible to execute him.

Hardly. I've been heavily critical since, well, the game came out. You just have to do it properly.

You're looking for a so called intelligent discussion, in one of the more... chaotic character threads, about one of the most chaotic characters in the game... what exactly did you expect? Fresh tea and finger sandwhiches served on silver in a garden?

not really. We enjoy good talks but people like to beat dead horse so we cope with jokes
