I really like the human background this time around. I wasn't too keen on Cousland, but Trevelyan is awesome! I've played it twice already though... A sword and shield Elf might be interesting...
Oh, and I just Thousand Cuts'd the final boss. Tempest is so awesome! Maybe I could try a dual wield rogue instead of an archer... Ahh! I'll work on my next world state while I decide.
Loved the human noble background myself, also the convo you have with Josie at Haven is great when she asks you about your life in the Circle. Ha I said it was boring as hell and even when the whole mage rebellion started it was even boring how her circle reacted, everyone just got up and left. 
Also I was estranged from my family in my background, also wanted to distance myself from those annoying cousins who try to ride on your coat-tails.

I haven't played the Trev mage yet. I always went rogue. Rogues are fun! But I need some variety.

Try the mage, it's crazy fun. And I felt more invested in the templar/mage issues as a mage, plus how folk react to you being a mage is great. I do miss my elf at times though, can't help being elfy.

Cassandra. The gossip in Val Royaux was right again! One more play through to try to get Leliana there. I guess I'll have to get the mages and free them. That seems to be the clincher to get her on the Sunburst Throne.

Lol and I backed Cass in my original playthrough and I got Lels instead. But to be fair I did allow her to murder alot of people in my game.
So, anyone know some good Dragon Age memes, that are really funny (potentially to someone who doesn't know the entire lore) and have Sera in it, if applicable? I need it for Tuesday.
Romancing her isn't super easy with a fem qunari. It gets you in the door fairly well but the actual dropping of said underclothes takes the same pace. She's disapproved of a lot of the things I did and I didn't change it either. She actually disapproved slightly of Merova playing The Game so well. And this maybe a glitch but

Did you lock in her romance before you went to the Ball i.e did you sleep with her? Cos if you didn't then I think Josie comes out to check up on you. Actually thought it was a nice lil touch when Florianne asks you to dance with her one of the options was sorry I'm involved with someone.

Second game I conscripted the Templars, put Gaspard on the Throne and got Cass as Divine.
I'm guessing free mages and Briala are the Leliana elements.

Well in my original I let Leliana go full ruthless, *likes hardened Lels* and I disbanded the Templars, kept the Wardens, put Celene on the throne, was generally sympathetic to the mages plight and stated that the Chantry failed and needed to be changed. So that all added up to Divine sith Victoria! 
In my first game I backed Cass and got Vivienne. I conscripted the mages and saved Celene.
Second game I conscripted the Templars, put Gaspard on the Throne and got Cass as Divine.

Same. Supported Cass, secrectly hoped for Lels, conscripted Mages, saved Celene, got the Ice Queen.

Interesting. I banished the Wardens. Mmh... I don't like psycho Lels. It breaks my heart to see her go that way. Next playthrough she'll be queen Cousland's mistress. They actually announce that at the Winter Palace.

I'm trying to take it slow with Sera. I think I have two more main missions but hella side missions including that whole "Blackwall" debacle. Dancing is seduction...I really wish we didn't have to be physically intimate with her first to have that happen. I did dance with Josie but only because I never flirted with her before so that wasn't gonna be taken wrong. Or shouldn't be. Plus...it's Josie.
I wanted to see that dance scene for myself so I had to speed things along with Sera. Not that she is shy about being forward anyway, so it all worked out. And what she says on the balcony is cute, how reluctant she is to dance, two left feet.
I danced with Josie the first time I did the Winter Palace mission, but I messed stuff up in that playthrough with her, had to crush her feels, felt terrible. That flirt button, it's evil.

But yeah, I'm not sure, really like Josie but it's not as fun for me if your LI isn't a companion. I reckon if I create another Inquisitrix I will be drawn to Sera, again.

I've just gotten notified that the Chantry wants either Cass or Lel. It's funny but no mention was made of Viv as a candidate! Is there something I did not trigger?

Hah, yeah I got that in my first playthrough as well, we were having such a nice stroll and then it happened. Poor Cass stuck in the middle, reckon she would rather be anywhere but there at that moment. I picked the diplomatic option, keep them both appeased. It went something like
Inquisitrix: that's enough from both of you, Vivienne this isn't up for discussion, period. (Viv apologies.) And Inquisitrix tells Sera to relax, can't remember what Sera said to that though.
What the hell? I literally just got three banters almost in a row! Vivi-Sera one abot spiders after the relationship one, and a Cass relationship one that was really sweet... It's like they'd been storing them up!
