I wonder if we'll meet "Red Jenny" one day

If my theory is right, we'll be working with her this game. Or rather, she'll be working with us.
The group is called 'Friends of Red Jenny'.
Oh, so Red Jenny is Diana and everyone else are The Supremes. Got it.
Please stop taking me seriously
Sera would take you seriously!
I'd guess we'll find we have a common target somehow. Or we'll find her in someone's dungeon. Or she'll find us in someone's dungeon

Can absolutely think of worse places to meet awesome people, dungeons aren't THAT dark and horrible ![]()

Cole thinks they are quite homey.

I hope Sera runs into us on the way to Vivienne's party and we agree to bring her with us.
b/c why not
Speaking of "mugging", I'm wondering if we can set the Inquisition's policy on... certain illicit activities. Endorse them, even. "Duncan" it up.

*snip*
Oh Duncan you sly dog!
If she cares of lot about women, then that's because of her character, not the fact she's a lesbian.
Oh brother. While I definitely feel that a character's personality shouldn't be dictated by their sexual orientation, denying *any* possibilities of differences in how straight and LGBT characters are portrayed is like saying that those differences *can't* be positive, or even neutral. Lesbians (and gay men) in real life who congregate at all have a common lived experience and culture, and becoming offended that some might speculate that a lesbian character in fiction might have a interesting and different perspective seems a lot like erasure.
I mean, I'm really interested in the Friends of Red Jenny too, but there's really not much to speculate about yet. Are we only allowed to talk about where she got her kickass tartan leggings for the next four months here?
Well, I have a theory she may actually be Red Jenny, as in the leader of it. Long ago she was said to be the leader of her group but the group was never specified. Plus all our followers are people of importance. So I think she may be more forward about being part of the Friends of Red Jenny, but not her being the current Red Jenny.
This is my favourite theory of the day!I think it will add a nice twist if she initially presents her self as a member but turns out to be the leader.Even for those of us who might have expected it.

You think it's Leliana?

Glad you like it. ![]()

Not denying or endorsing anything, just saying caring about woman is not tied to being a lesbian.
You think it's Leliana?
No, I think Sera is Red Jenny.
I wonder who'd be considered more "streetwise" - Sera or Varric? Those two seem the "streetiest" out of our companions. The rest seem to stem from various orders with specific areas of expertise, some from much higher echelons than "the street." I suppose if anyone else comes even remotely close to those two, it would be Leliana.
Actually, I really wonder what the potential for interaction between any of those three characters will end up.
I've also encountered comments saying that they were interested in Sera's character, but are now put off by her being a lesbian.
I guess that shows what some guys mean when they say they're interested in a girl's character. ![]()
Nah, Sasha has the theory that Sera is the current "Red Jenny."
Just got back from Comic Con. It was a lot of fun and I even got to meet Jennifer Hale!
I didn't realize SDCC was so close to E3 this year.
So *clap hands* ladies (and men with finquisitors). How do we all think Sera will declare her affections. Bluntly I presume.
I sure hope so.

Yeah, I think part of the character appeal is that Sera exists as a companion in an epic setting (I'm assuming that's going to be the gist of DA:I).
It just sucks that males seem to be cut off from this, as far as romances go. It doesn't look like any rogue-ish companions will be available. DAO had it's epic themes, but at least you had Zevran or Leliana (Zev more than Leli. He kept it light all the time).
No, I think Sera is Red Jenny.
Yup, curse me for not reading a few pages back lol.
