I don't know about the soundtrack on consoles. That was part of my Origin download of the game. The armour is in a little chest when you wake up in that room in Haven, Then Tier 2 schematics for it appear at Skyhold in a chest in the undercroft, and again in a Tier 3 version after Halamshiral.

Yet when I hit that T-34 dead on at close range in the turret with the same shell-type...nothing. I suspected large grants from Putin went into that game and bagged it.

 

There was one other early Soviet model. Not even the T-34 but an earlier mid-30's Tank that would take shell after shell from the Panzer IV and it was just ridiculous. Absurd and I knew then the game was rigged for Russian Tanks.

 

Or if you take on a low-lvl Russian bi-plane with Hawker Hurricane that you've loaded up to the gills and that takes the pounding and turns on a dime out of your fire that's bollocks indeed.

 

But enough about that time-waste. 

 

Wait, Germans have APHE's? Or had, more like? What was the designation of the round? The most common ones were PzGr39 and PzGr40 (Wolfram, I think?) - it sounds rather impossible to me that Germans would use APHE rounds, unless you mean some captured vehicles. Thing is, even without an actual explosion from the round itself, there's enough shrapnel from the vehicle's own armor flying around.

 It's what you need in order to do what I did which is force her, Gaspard and Briala to work together. You need Halla statues to break in to the rooms, which are in the same section of the palace that you find the blackmail material about Briala and Gaspard.

Problem with that though is that you can miss out on what is supposedly some very nice gear in one of two rooms, each requiring the same amount of statues. There aren't enough to open all 3 doors. It's probably best to go in with a plan before opening every door you find.
