I find it tough to justify doing anything other than conscripting either side. Neither group inspires trust as far as I'm concerned, even playing as a mage.

Templars are only following orders though. Most off them don't want to do what they do but they believe they have no choice. That and loyalty. They stick around because they believe they have to. Ser Barris for instance.

Meta-gaming to get the Divine I want. I got Vivienne and Cass so far. Time for Leli!

Which means I have to free the mages. Sera is going to be p*ssed.

I didn't know that was how it works. I'd like to see Leli as Divine but I'm going to struggle to ever have that happen in that case.

Wow, the romance with Sera and a human was easy, almost too easy. Probably has do with knowing how to romance her now, I made a list of how to romance her but most probably have it figured it out now.

And now they can follow the Inquisition's orders. The Templar high command is pretty much gone by the time you conscript them, while the Inquisition's is intact. Given that the Inquisition and Templars are basically the same thing with different doctrines it makes sense to merge them.

Quite. The Templar order has clearly failed, despite still containing decent people. At the least, it's time to reshape them.

Yeah, I'm guessing that most of my troubles were my own doing. Have I ever mentioned that I'm not very good at gaming.

Yep. There are a few things that influence the choice of Divine.

I'm wondering whether the approval system is a bit erratic or possibly buggy. Not to rub it in but I really didn't have much trouble romancing her with a Dalish, beyond the Dalish accepting her.

In my first run I seemed to wind up on a weird negative feedback loop for Solas, were approval fell low enough to unlock argument dialogues which created more disapproval and so on.

Alix yelling at him in Elvhen was worth it though.

I hit the cookies are great dialogue choice but Sera says afterwards that Lav could take or leave cookies.

Punching Solas would be awkward, he's so refined. Okay punching anyone is awkward, not sure why BioWare is fond of it really.
