It's a nice counterbalance for me, since people hate my other faves so much (Sera and Blackwall)

I wouldn't say Blackwall gets hate so much as disinterest. The most common complaint about him is that he's boring.

Well, the fuckwit ruined the entire day now.

If they can pull out so much hate about a character from a video-game, I'd probably be charged with multiple acts of self-defence if I met that crowd.

I just get that feeling. Agressive thoughts and everything aside, as much as people hated Tallis, she had it right. There are other paths.

Oh he gets plenty of hate. I mean not on the level of Sera, but it's there. I am glad when I see people saying he's boring, because it's not as harsh.

But I'm not as defensive of him, because he's just a garbage white straight dude. I am annoyed by people's opinions (like, bad ones, idc if you dislike him as long as it's not reductionist or obnoxious)but I don't have PROTECT WAIFUUUUU urges like I do with Sera.
