I've said it before and I'll say it again. Jacob is the only Bioware character that just does nothing for me. Not irritate me. Not anything. He's just.... Meh. I guess they may have been attempting to avoid racial clichés but they just ended up with Mr Dull McBoring, which is a shame.

At least..me.....when shepard talk to him , that 1st talk on the normandy as soon ya get it...omg..major freak out.....

 

I remember reloading..and I was like..whattttt no no no...I didnt say that 

 

Well after that talk..never spoke to him , save for when he come to ya for his personal quest..and after that...didnt talk to him at all...

Oh about Sera...

 

Here a bit of info I got last night , I'm a human mage romancing Ken . And didnt flirt with Sera (wich was soooo haaaaard)...

 

Anyway , remember the quest of Solas in hinterland ?? when ya go activate this elven artifact and meet another elf lady ?

 

When ya use that weird fire to get a rune...

 

If ya romance Sera she say (as a mage): that it seem useful the fire to find shinie stuff 

 

If ya dont romance her or flirt....(as a mage still) she say: oh that thing is doing weird **** to rock ! 

 

Oh anyone know why that elf lady act all creeped out by Solas everytime he talk to her in elfish ?

Afraid i require a dictionary and a bit of time to translate DA elven   Propably should turn subtitles on for my next playthrough and screenshot it for translation. I REALLY want to know what he said to the lady that made her give up the amulet she found. He didn't sound hostile at all. Interestingly enough, she doesn't have anything to say abou Sera at all and i don't think Sera says anything either.

She makes fun of Solas, even when he's not there, by saying things like 'the veil is fat here' or 'the veil is limp here', but in one of their convos she gets a feeling of deja vu and Solas notices. He asks her about it and of course she doesn't want to talk about it, but he probably felt the same thing as her too.

Well, you get the gist of it   I kinda like Solas. Yeah, he is mean at times towards Sera but i get the feeling its more out of frustration than anything. A feeling anyone who has romanced Sera as an elfy-elf knows well

And this brings more pain to a person like Sera, considering her past than her doing "fart" noises everytime Solas talks in elvish, with people saying she's being rude (which she kind of comes off as very blunt indeed) and might hurt his feelings .... but the **** he said to her about her "meant to be"? Or that she's no more elf than he's a horse? This right here is what Sera despises in elves.

 

Man, i don't even hate Solas but damn, dude can be very harsh to her than her being to him.

Sera does kinda take a huge steaming dump on all things elven at any given opportunity without being provoked....Honestly, sometimes after a while of having those two in the same party i just wanted to time-out both of them. They just can't play nice.

Not just those two. Sometimes I wish I could send Vivienne to time out too. I'm a little disappointed that we can't get the last word with her in verbal sparring. Cole can do it (ok, he cheats but still), Solas can do it and even Blackwall can pull it off if you romance him.

I like listening to the bickering. It's something that needs to be said. It's a very important issue. The value of the future vs the past. 

 

I'm on Sera's side btw. To hell with the past. 

 

.. Although, future isn't accurate. She's actually more about the present. Just wants to have fun. Can't fault her on that.

 

One should know where one stands and where one is going and never forget the road already walked /philosophy  /genderneutralenglishftw
