Okay I didn't mind him when he was just an enchanter in DA:O. But once someone easter egged him into the final battle and he started getting special abilities the whole thing became ridiculous and self-indulgent.

 

I am surprised they aren't around though, I thought Bohdan and Sandal we're supposed to be DA's C-3PO and R2-D2.

I liked his Not Enchantment! 

 

DA:I feels a little less because we're missing Sandal. :(

that's cause you think she's all rah rah....and she is but that's just one facet of her personality. I can picture walking in on her guilty pleasure of singing "just another manic...monday". it's catchy...hell Iron Bull would pprobably be caught singing it. :lol:

The lack of prologue Flemeth saves and having sex with Isabella make it hardly a DA game at all.

Well you know the protagonist of the song hates her life and just wants to spend time with her lover. I can see why Sera would like that idea...

They did. But executing on foreshadowed plot points hasn't been a strength of the series.

This time I let Dalish arrogance kill the romance after the Temple which was interesting. What actually seems to get to Sera is the thought that she doesn't understand what happened because she's stupid. I didn't find it exactly satisfying, but then I don't like the happy conclusion really either, so, I don't know.

I'm tempted to do this with my current elf play through. I'm mostly curious if it could effect some interaction with Sera in the future (in DLC or whatever). Did you get any banter about the breakup?

I did go through with the breakup scene once but reloaded to undo it so I'm just wondering if there are consequences if you keep going with it.
