If she has so many spares she should of let the Iron Bull borrow a set!
Actually, if you give Iron Bull vanguard armor and the like, he actually wears full body armor. Its only some of the armor sets that leave him bare chested so you do have the option to armor him up.

And Sera I believe is the youngest, around 26 while Josie is around 29.
Apologies for getting off topic. Does anyone know/have any good guesses how old Sera is? There's a comment she makes about playing with blocks when the Blight happened...so early 20s? Do you think she's older than Cole's body? That sounded weird...
She's older than Cole. Cole is in essence, a teenager; probably around 17 - 18. Sera is definitely in her early 20's and I'm willing to bet around 21 - 22, maybe 23 but no older than that.
