I have no idea who is that..and neither care...

 

I like a movie..I like a certain person in said movie..and thats all that matter . I dont go googling who wrote what..and who is a legend..for I do not care for that kind of infos . 

 

And...really..never saw these movies ya speak of.....side Alien...

 

You should watch both of those movies. They are literally, masterpieces.

Gladiator is still one of my favourite movies of all time. I could watch that again and again. Blade Runner, I watched when I was quite young so I don't really remember much but I know enough to say that it is awesome.

Gladiator is an awesome movie and a real classic. Totally historically inaccurate but an awesome movie none the less. lol

Err, actually the guy who came up with and directed Prometheus is the same guy who came up with and directed the original alien movie.

 

It takes more than a director to make a film. A quick IMDB tells me Alien was written by Dan O'Bannon and Ronald Shusett, who are only credited with writting elements of Prometheus, the proper writing credit goes to two other guys.

 

And it's not like great sci-fi directors have never fallen from grace anyway...

To be honest..the issue isnt the writing...

 

Its the whole story setting..how they went about it . 

 

Alot of stuff from Alien 1 were discarded for some 'Start of Mens' Idea...and thats why it suck . Then it went all religious like..and it sucked even more....

 

Then their explanations..made it even worse...

 

Then their cast acted like they were all tranquil..and thats without naming the 'places' where there were 'Bible said' joke or watever...

 

So yeah..it was crap..worst movie of the century...

I haven't actually seen Prometheus but I figure it can't be as bad as Revenge of the Sith, At World's End or Skyfall.

To be fair, the plot of the movie is based off of elements the director wanted to explore from the original movie that he never got a chance to explain in the original alien. There was meant to be a reason for why the xenomorphs were found on an alien ship with a giant somewhat human looking alien pilot.

Have you seen Skyfall? Its the only bond movie that put me to sleep. lol

 

I'd like to say that sh*t happens but that would have required something to have actually happened in Skyfall so perhaps I should say sh*t didn't happen. lol
