I take you've finished Nightmare by now?

Not even remotely, my dear Joker.

I thought the point of a ******-dumpster was that she gets it all?

Figures of speech and all that. Aaaaand, this is getting uncomfortable. Kitten!

Latex, my dear Poodle.

Since we were talking Far Cry 4 yesterday, here's a little recording of me rocking the Z93:

You're right, as always. This is uncomfortable and the Kitten looking at me is making me feel like a terrible person.  :(

Serza, you're not dead.

IKR? It was probably the least soulless blockbuster of recent years. I'd put anything directed by Michael Bay streets ahead in terms of soullessness.

Sure it's better than Micahel Bay, but it's still a bunch of talented people clowning around in front of a green screen with poorly choreographed spectacle being drawn behind them.

If you actually like watching Jeremy Renner shoot down an alien fighter with a bow while looking in the other direction then I guess it must be enjoyable but I want action that has flow to it.

That isn't awesome. Especially when you can't even tell which is which. Give me Pacific Rim any day.

I'll take Evangelion thanks.

I want to love Pacific Rim but it's so badly written it hurts.

Your getting old and your memory is slowly going so your starting to forget movies. Its ok, I feel the same way. lol

I just looked on IMDB and it's from 1995. I saw it on video or DVD, but that would've been '96 or '97 I think. Adults alive today were likely born after I saw it... ;)

But it's a superhero movie. None of it has to make any sense! They have magic powers!

What did you think about Real Steel? With Hugh Jackman?

Ooh, so the wing suit is back! Always loved that thing. That crossbow looks slick as anything. I like how you were stuck looking for a way down. Admit it: you were thinking of walking on the steel cable, weren't you?

Nice shooting by the way. :)

That's not the point, I don't find it interesting seeing people wreck things in dozens of different cool ways. Dark Knight Rises' opening plane jack doesn't exactly make sense but it's a great piece of cinema because it builds up so well.

I haven't seen it.

For funsies: what do you think Quizzy shaved on her privates that made Sera laugh so much? The 'it represents how we came together' makes me curious...

How did they come together? With Orlesians? An arrow to the face?

I'm not sure how detailed a message you could write to begin with.

I'm perfectly happy to turn my brain off for action movies, but as a longtime boxing fan I can't help but cringe watching it in movies.

Granted I get why it has to done like that.

Yeah, I was trying to decide if I should use the zipline or just jump down or something, lol

The crossbow is pretty cool as a stealth weapon. I did that mission fairly early into the game so I was still taking it in a bit. But I'm glad you liked it!

The writing was its weakest suit, but the visual flair of the film and the way the world was built excused that for me. I thought it was the best stompy robot/mecha attempt by Hollywood yet.

I just saw this comment on youtube and its terrible and horrible. But I couldn't stop myself from laughing. I'm a bad person and I feel bad. :(

Whatever floats your boat I guess. And I agree with the Dark Knight Rises plan scene. That was pretty cool. One thing Nolan knows how to do is build a nice, steady tension.

I haven't seen it.

It's not a bad film, though it's certainly not for everyone. I enjoyed it very much because of the relationship between father and son.

I posit they came together because of 'the breach' so... it would fit. In every way.

Their goal is to "seal the breach". No one knows exactly how to do so except that its going to take a massive effort. But don't worry, saving the world is always worth it.......one "fade rift" at a time........

Thanks. However the text, while fitting, somewhat ruins it for my purposes. After a new wallpaper for my phone.

I can understand that. The design of the jaegers alone is truly magnificent. But at the same time I want so much more from that film because it comes so close. Though I do find the writing is bad enough it spoils the action.

This might help you, although you'll have to chop it if you want. Use paint.net, easy one.

Spoiler

Ugh i wish they released bigger versions of the cards.... I want the middle one...

Sera's middle card that is.

The glowy hand was what Sera was looking for when they first met. For some reason.

The light at the end of the tunnel?

Seriously though, it was just a distinctive feature to recognize the Herald at that point.
