Unless you really want that specific schematic, I'd wait until you get to the Hissing Wastes and then buy armor schematics from there. That dog merchant appears to have by and large the finest armor pieces/schematic in this game.

Eh. That merchant's okay, but if you're going for a particular look, or if you want Superior T3s, you're SOL. Better - and cheaper - to farm those in Valeska's Watch or the Cradle of Sulevin.

Snoufleurs are pig-like mammals native to Orlais. They have blue skin,small tusks, and long drooping noses.

So...a pig would be the real thing ?

You could always roll Dalish Scout Armour with Snowfleur Skin since that's T3.

 

Thing is, I'm just curious. I'm trying to find the armor on my post-completion playthrough, where I did pretty much everything I could, and my character's wearing that Dalish Scout Armor as a Rogue.

As I said above, I want that specific schematic just to see how it looks. I have the T3 Rogue version of Elf armors.
