No one's boobs hang that low unless they are fake. Sorry. Perky boobs do not start half way down the rib cage. Breast flesh TENDS to start at the arm pit. Since that is where your pectoral muscles are. Even A cups.
I'm scrutinizing a bit more now. You're right. It didn't seem that bad at first. Still doesn't even seem "bad" per se. Just a little off.
I'm not against sagging breasts though. That's....pretty hot.

I am still bitter and heart broken I couldn't romance Aveline. I spent an entire day online after The Long Road trying to research a way to get an outcome to make Aveline want my Hawke parts. Alas, she is all, "nooooo Hawke... I'm broken and you're broken. That's a bad combo" no matter what. Grr.

My guess is that's is one of those things that could be corrected with time. The game is still in the process of being tweaked and fine tuned. That's one of those things that can be fixed. At least I'd hope.

Hmm, I hadn't thought of that. I don't think Vivi or Cass seem to be suffering from the same problems with their chest.

Sure, it could. They could certainly have made them with no boobs at all. And taste like vanilla and onions. But considering BioWare has had these issues with lady anatomy before, in past games, I'm less likely to agree that it is "because elf."
Maybe it's an issue with the armor she's wearing, rather than her body's design? Some armors make you look different.

You could argue the opposite anyway. I was always under the impression that elves don't have what humans would call large boobs, so I was kind of surprised by the size of Sera's.

I don't know. But I do expect her to look a little different depending on the outfit, sort of like how Miranda did with the DLC skins.
Once again I decide to make my very first comment on a character thread and I end up seeing conversations about breast dynamics and a pic of the character's breasts changing position on her chest on a loop....

Maybe they, to quote a favored Barney skit, "hang low and wobble to and fro" due to a previous experience with a Qunari female? Always practice safe Qunari funtime. Hopefully she can't "tie them in a bow," however.
