The only places I've seen look like that Sera pic are in DAA, I think.
 
And that's stretch. I just recall seeing more wheat/brown grass in that game. Heh
 
edit: Maybe there was that grass in the Hinterlands too (outside Honnleath).

They released a Shot of the Exalted plains which looks exactly the same. Same camp, same trees, same mountains.

Speaking of which, Sera seems pretty fond of the Exalted Plains, if that's where it is. Contemplative, running her hands through the field.

 

We can assume she isn't anything like Zevran, Tallis, or Fenris. A city elf, but one similar to the Dalish.

I think the Exalted Plains could be a major location during some point in her character arc, but I think we'll meet her where the devs say we'll meet her, on the streets of Orlais.

If so I might be a bit disappointed if she has a British accent. Vivienne has a British accent as well, despite being Orlesian.

Well, the city elves didn't have a Fereldan accent.

 

Generally the series' use of accents is inconsistent and weird enough that I wouldn't mind them just forgetting about it.  Aside from the fact it'd leave Leliana's accent looking rather odd.

I have no problem with the French accents if they're done by French VAs. I was kind of hoping Sera would be Orlesian, but it seems not. She still sounds good from what I've heard

I have nothing against the frenchiness (I don't even think the characters are too caricatural) , just the french accents, that's trying too hard.

I don't think the Orlesian accent is half as bad as most french accents in cinema though.
