Or that.
I'd rather have Grey be the second Inquisitor voice.
I'd rather have Keeley Hawes doing any and every female PC British accent, but I'm actually thrilled with Traynor, she sounds great.
Also, apparently she giggle snorts? Dunno if this was brought up before and I missed it, lol.

Best video game laugh ever is Lulu's laugh on the stairs to the Kilika Temple in Final Fantasy X, and I will slap fight anyone who says differently.

She's my dream Inquisitor voice, (after Alix Wilton Regan, who we already have), but I'm thinking she isn't that likely a candidate.
As for Sera's VA, she seems to have a Lancashire accent, if you trust my admittedly bad ability at placing accents and the wiki. So Lacey Chabert she is not, unfortunately. And it's very weird, if you ask me. In previous games, City Elves have had American accents, (the vast majority), and Orlesian accents shown from Erlina. Never an English accent, iirc.
Yeah, I don't think they're sticking with that anymore. I seem to recall in the Dwarven Warrior demo there were some refugee looking elves who were speaking with lower class British accents as well, so I guess they switched over. I wonder why though.

As do I. I like the accent lore as it is, (preferably with more Welsh Dalish please!), and I think elves have had enough changes to them to last a lifetime, the poor things.
City Elf accents and languages vary by region, country, and their standing. (An elf in the Palace would have a different speaking voice than one selling bread in an Alienage.)

I wanted Courtenay Taylor as a dwarf. She did the Cocky voice in DAO, but a whole game like that would be awesome.
Kari Wahlgren has a pretty nice range going from Jedi Knight in SWTOR to Caithe in GW2. She does threatening-evil voice very well but still plays a convincing good knight imo. Also Moira Quirk. (Elara Dorne in SWTOR - Karliah in Skyrim) But that's just because I really like Moira Quirk.
Both have played characters with british accents but Moira Quirk is actually british.
I should probably go back and try to listen for myself but I'll end up chewing through my finger in frustration. Unless there's a non-talked over version I've somehow missed.

Moira Quirk
Would love to hear her voice in DA:I in whatever capacity.
For the same reason there is no homophobia really. Thedas doesnt really have that issue, so using homophobia as a justification for biphobia just doesnt make sense
I don't think it's true. I mean yeah, there is apparently no institutionalized hate that leads to laws condoning violence on gay people and punishing homosexual acts by death, but it's still not considered something truly "valid". Orlesians were said to be the most accepting people, and they still consider it a "quirk of character". So it could be said it's more of heterosexism than straight-up homophobia.
Sera is a city elf. Her parents probably wanted to arrange marriage with a man for her. She had to hear since very early age that she must marry a man and give births for the good of her people. I don't believe it wouldn't affect her. So I personally wouldn't have any problem with her acting differently to PC cheating on her with a man or a woman, although it would be good if there was some insight into the reason for her insecurities.

If Solas is availible as a straight romance, I would like some interesting angst on Sera's part.
So is Sera from Ferelden?

Oh yeah, I love both of their work but I wasn't hearing either of them. I know Kari Wahlgren did a few voices in DA:O at least.
So is Sera from Ferelden?
Probably Orlais (b/c you run into her there) but not sure.
I think Friends of Red Jenny is only in Kirkwall and Ferelden, so I'm guessing the latter.
They apparently have some presence in Orlais, according to this. (See 'Location')
Sera could be originally Fereldan but moved to Orlais at a younger age and has lived there since. I could see a twist like that working in her case.

Yeah, I still think Ferelden, especially with her accent.

Oh they are? I assumed they were everywhere.
I vote Kirkwall then...everybody loves Kirkwall ![]()
She can brag about being from the "Smallest Alienage in Thedas".
