Overall I do feel like your companions react less to an extreme Inquisitor than they should.  It felt like, to me at least, in Origins if you made extreme choices it really affected your party, they'd either have words for you in camp or literally attack you (take Leli along and then defile the ashes, its FUN!) and then you have to kill them.

 

They seem more willing to ignore or overlook issues in this game.  Then again, you are literally the ONLY person who can save the world, so maybe they bite their tongues more than usual.  But if anyone is not going to do that, it would be Sera, so you would expect her to say more to a Noble or a Reaver, I agree with you all.

It seems to just tell you about whether you are more susceptible to certain medication, whether anything is genetic etcetera. I thought it would tell me whether I have tendencies of mad rage or something. Shame.

That, interests me greatly. My father is from Saint Helena, which has been occupied by various different groups. At the moment it is British (and will likely stay that way for a while) but it has been occupied by the Chinese, the Spanish amongst many others. My original last name was "Yon" which sounds Chinese and that's always interested me to see if I have any Chinese coursing through my blood.

 

They are one of the main ones, and seem to have pretty positive reviews.  I'm thinking about using them too.  

The method they use does not trace your paternal and maternal lines (although it does identify their haplogroups), it tells you what the majority of your dna matches up with.  So a big picture look at your ancestry, which should definitely be able to tell you if you have a significant amount of an Asian dna group.  It might not say Chinese specifically, because Han chinese versus the mongolian lines versus...etc...etc... but among the identifiable distinct Asian dna group, yes they should be able to indicate to you that, and certainly Asian versus Iberian European versus Angle or Saxon...etc..

Arguing that the Dalish religion is true =/= attempting to convert Sera to it, but it is trying to get her to change her mind about the Andrastian belief that there is only one god.

My qunari reaver only got a comment from Iron Bull and Cassandra, I was kinda disappointed considering how big of a deal they made about the fact that "picking a specialization matters because everyone will recognize it!!!111one!1!!". Yeah, "everyone" my butt.

 

I had the sads when Sera didn't comment on my Trevelyan being a tempest D: I'd at least expect an "awww yiiiss, we're going to be rad and kill dragonz togethah!"

Viv does comment on a KE, since she's a KE herself. It was very odd for Sera to not comment or at least drop some hints about her skill.

Yeah, I agree and after the first dragon fight the way Sera reacted I was sure we would get a conversation about it but instead it was Bull and he wasn't even there.

Yeah, that was odd. I mean, I had Bull in the group constantly, so it was less jarring, but I was expecting Sera to show up too, or to have a special dialogue about slaying a dragon too. Instead, nothing, not a peep.

I was also disappointed that in the tavern scene where everyone has fun she's not there until the very last few seconds where she shows up under a table, drunk. I mean, why couldn't she be there the whole time, playing cards and telling jokes? My Inquisitor definitely did not care about watching Cullen having to strip down to his smallclothes because he lost a bet. Now, if it was Sera, on the other hand...

Besides, I wanted to hear the joke she tells in the artwork.

Had Sera say "The veil is squishy (or something) here" in the Exalted Plains yesterday. I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but it seems she says some "elfy" things in a very none elven way a few times.

Sera would have loved the stories my Qunquizzy was telling...and I really want to know the joke in the artwork. Ugh, why did they half-ass a scene that could have easily been the most memorable of the game?

Nobody makes any mention of the character being a Tempest. I think the same goes for Artificer. Not a peep from anyone.
