No, I'm not actually surprised.
We're in the future now! *throws confetti*
Hey, back then it was either listening to American rap or listening to...like...Fanta Vier.
I'm not complaining, just continually impressed by the scope of topics.
Though it'll be Second World War again inside five pages.
I wonder has anyone had Varric keep the red lyrium idol?
No, but Wiki says he is quite sensible with it.
Also, I got the Blades of Hessarian on my side and that mage with the glowing cabin key attacked us on the Storm Coast and they were not having it. Son came with the body shield and knocked him out cold!
The Blades of Hessarian are probably the most reactive thing in the game. They hang around on the map fighting bad guys. The whole Storm Coast becomes much more secure if you take them under your control.

I did and he does everything he can with it as safely as possible. He doesn't find out anything new and says that he can hear it singing to him but no repercussions come off it.
I trying to pass the time by reading some fanfics; this one is pretty good if anyone wants to do so. https://www.fanficti...1/Wicked-Hearts
Yup! I didn't expect them to have two wildly divergent plots based on whether he kept it or not, since it's such a minor plot point, but I was pleased at how it was handled since its a tiny, easily overlooked thing in da2, but if not addressed, would feel like a big oversight since his DA:I plot revolves around the stuff.
Yeah. Though a lot of those small things could have had a larger impact on the game. Ser Landry (I think that's his name) could have become an Agent or something, meeting up with him and recruiting him. Seeing a lot more old faces such as Bella from Redcliffe or those you see before the Landsmeet such as the guy who was tortured. So much of that stuff would have made the game feel like the stuff done in previous games mattered, even in the slightest. War table missions just don't have the same feel and I think it was a cheap way of doing it.
Those goddamned pink bows on the orlesian outfits. BioWare needs a fashion consultant!
Am I the only one who sees how much they cheapen the gowns? Bloody ugly pink bows.

I did a post apocalyptic world in one of my keep saves, and I'm amazed that Redcliffe looks the exact same, despite being wiped off the map duri

The undead should only eat the people, not the buildings. Though Ferelden does seem to be having one hell of a baby boom.
Looking back at the Keep I'm disappointed at how many choices seem to be save/kill this person, save/kill these people, do/don't do this quest.

I suppose so... I guess I thought there would be more burned down buildings etc...
Or a barely filled town, but it is bustling!
Well the ruins of old Redcliffe are around, right? I think they rebuilt the town so they wouldn't have to deal with that.
I would have just liked a bit more small details there...a line of VA here or there, maybe a minor NPC like Bella or whatever...I think that's part of the downside of the Keep. It reminds you of all the small bits of the world, and then you're sad when none of them show up.
I think it's the fact that I built up the idea that things would change between my playthroughs if I made big changes in the keep, but really not much changes.

At the same time though the Keep is itself kind of a record of what you've done. There's a history stored in there, though in a hard to read non-linear way.

Females everywhere!
Hey guys, heres what my human mage looks like:
Amusingly, he looks very similar to my renegade shepard. Not sure why I like to make my human males the tall dark and handsome trope. Maybe because I'm Latino but I'm short and dorky..........wish fulfillment maybe? lol
And yes, all my male characters must have a goatee because I must look fabulous and badass at the same time! (Funny since I prefer being clean shaven IRL, hair is itchy and therefore annoying) Don't laugh at the goatee, Cassandra says she likes how it tickles her. *wink* *wink*
The short buzzed haircut is because the hair options in this game SUCK. So I'd rather go with the buzz cuts. If there were decent pony tail options I'd consider them but the ones in the game are women hair cuts.....sigh.

More like Tali sweat chart (Yes that's a thing)
Tali sweat is a very popular aphrodisiac in the Mass Effect forums.....*runs and hides*
