again...wow...where do people come up with this..

hey girls, did you know I'm 4x stronger than you.  yep, scientific fact.  that dude said so.

It's some sort of young guy thing. My last department head was a woman and most of the people I work with, and for, are women so coming into a game world where women have positions of power and influence is not a culture-shock for me. The guy who posted that thread is either trolling or so protected and sheltered from the real world that when he hits 18 and goes into the workforce, for reals, it's going to be a very big wake-up call for all of his assumptions. My suspicion is for the trolling motivation as I find it difficult to believe anyone is that sheltered in 2015.

Well I guess Kieran proves that it's not necessary for a warden to die to stop a blight...

Interesting point. If Morrigan is prepared to circulate her knowledge all that's needed is some Tainted Love and a good unit of horse archers or griffon squadron.

She would probably like 'Potage saint-Germain'. It's a green pea soup with onions and potatoes, but everything blended so it's smooth and creamy (delicious!). It sounds snooty but it's really good and fairly simple.

Blackwall as a bisque man? Mmh... clam chowder maybe? What sandwich goes with that? Mmh...

Hey, it's fun, so why not? :D

I've never heard of that soup but it sounds delish so I am going to write this down and try and find it. Maybe try and make it this weekend with my girlfriend who also loves to cook.

Blackwall makes a comment on the Storm Coast about loving the sea so that pegs him as a bisque or chowder man. He might also like a tuna salad or a fried flounder sandwich too. :)

Why....just why...

You all were talking about it, so I went over there, and....just...wow..

I once again, have lost my faith in humanity.  Bring on the alien invasion, we're done...we aren't gonna make it...

either too ignorant or too stupid to continue

shameful innit.

Lots of variations on this one. Take your time. :D

Tuna salad sandwich. Heavy on the mayo. Yep, that's Blackwall. :D

I am now imagining Marc Almond battling darkspawn...

Only cause I've DJ'd a few Northern Soul and Mod allnighters in my time so mention of 'Tainted Love' prompts me to post the original. Forgive me.  :D

While Bull strikes me as a Salami Sandwich with a hearty beef soup kinda guy. I can see Dorian sharing/partaking in the Potage and Cheese sammy with Sera.  :D

I don't know, things I saw/read in 2014... faith in humanity is not something I'm feeling in abundance.

I'm going to avoid that thread altogether and have a donut instead.

I think I have a good idea what you saw in 2014, what we all saw, and won't mention them here (it's akin to not mentioning Mordor in LOTR) but yeah it was a cringe-worthy moment. That thread seems a continuation of that messed-up mindset.

Yes I know what you're actually talking about. Yuk.

Apologies, Sir. All Jigglypuffs were captured in an attempt to best us. Fortunately, we have a bead on where they are being held.

Give the lead to Mittens to investigate, Lt.

It's ok. I have an Umbreon as backup.

That's what we want you to think...

Just follow the snoring!

Glad to hear so, SAM.

I'll have Lt. Poodle give you extra leads, and then it's up to you to investigate the disappearance of all our Jigglypuffs.

Oh that. Because all males are measurable 4X stronger than all females. Especially this one:

Zoe Smith, representing Great Britain. Dang, she's fine!

Idiots see that, and raise you a Rambo, John J.

Dayumn. That lady could probably lift ME up.

And yeah, I'm dead serious, she would lift my entire body mass.

It's a troll, but that doesn't mean that their own beliefs are any better.

Wintery said things not thing, so while that could refer to an ongoing news story I think it was more a comment on how there was multiple running battles going about gender or gender related topics in 2014.

Well what I think Nub was referring to was given one umbrella title, but certainly had multiple things that fell under it.

Of course outside of subjects directly relevant to this forum, a hell of a lot of other horrible stuff happened last year...

Yes you could make an umbrella heading for multiple gender-related issues related to gaming and outside of gaming and I was referring to that. You got it Uncle.

She doesn't strike me as a veggie soup person or a chicken noodle type.   Tomato sounds pretty good and maybe a split pea soup too. I see her as a grilled cheese sort as well. I think she'd shoot an arrow at you for even offering a peanut butter sandwich.

Now Blackwall strikes me as a seafood bisque man if ever there was one. See we can guess the soups of all the chars...

I think Bull would be a CHUNKY Man.

Beer-n-Cheese with beef & bacon? I'm pretty sure that can of soup would kill me. Gloriously.

Campbells would find a way to make sure that you wouldn't be able to taste the beer and that the cheese would be of little to no flavor. :P
