Our summers are sooo dry, unless it's a thunderstorm summer - in which case every other house floods all summer!

Oh believe me I don't envy you and I dread the return of the "polar vortex" we had last winter where it was typical to have a -15 morning and where we saw over 65 ft of snow the entire winter (probably more as there was a big storm every week from January through the beginning of March).
Youch. Yup, snow sucks. I hate shoveling the driveway!

Pleeeeeease...
come down to Québec and experience the Humide suffocating Summer . And ya will be grateful for the snow and cold afterward...
I'll take the humidity and run the a/c. With the winter I've got to worry about the wear and tear it puts on my car and also all the bloody shoveling I have to do. ![]()

Oh no I've already done the tiny apartment with no a/c and it's 105 degrees outside with 99% humidity once in my life...never again! I'll just retire to Florida or Southern Cali and make sure my condo has central air! ![]()

You can get a little bedroom window a/c unit for as cheap as $80 (US) Alexia. Then just get a large fan to put at your bedroom door to blow the air through the apartment but your bedroom will be nice and cool. It's what I ended up doing when lying in a pool of my own wet became unbearable and I needed to sleep!

And the black ice.
My car spun out on black ice and got embedded on a hydrant. That never happens in summer!

That haunting music during in hushed whispers is perfect. I took Varric and Cassie with me. She greatly disapproved of my alliance with the mages. So after that, I flirted with her again.
(Sera has already dubbed him "sir floppy doppy pants" or whatever it is. I haven't taken her anywhere with me this playthrough. trying to use Varric more for once. It's been difficult not hearing her banter.)

No, just no! I went from living in Colorado to living in Tennessee and the summer sucked because of how humid it was. That and I'm built for the snow and cold. It' just a shame CO does not get much of it anymore. lol

Oh god black ice! So glad I have a vehicle stabilizer system in my car! Still won't prevent a bad spin-out if you're on the highway but it helps!

i know you fight Samson later. I'm asking if Calpernia replaces Samson if you go the Templar route?
That haunting music during in hushed whispers is perfect. I took Varric and Cassie with me. She greatly disapproved of my alliance with the mages. So after that, I flirted with her again.I romanced her before but something feels different this time. She seems to genuinely like Deshaun. Going from "did you need something?" to "I trust all is well?" while still in Haven...small ting but yeah.
(Sera has already dubbed him "sir floppy doppy pants" or whatever it is. I haven't taken her anywhere with me this playthrough. trying to use Varric more for once. It's been difficult not hearing her banter.)

I sympathize. I went through it for a few years. I used to have a ton of fans constantly running and I'd fill bowls of ice cubes to put in front of them. I'd also keep all the lights off in the house the shades down so I could try and cool things off a little that way. But it was still rough!
