I may be an idiot, but I've never been concerned about influence before. What does it do?

 

 

its what levels up your Inquisition so you get more perks

But not too much because once you hit 20 the influence level up BONG noise plays every time you exit any menu of any kind and IT MAKES YOU WANT TO KILL SOMEONE, ANYONE.

Male Human mage - romance Cass

Qunari female S&S warrior - romance Sera (duh)

Female Dalish Archer - romance Solas

Male Dwarf duel daggers - probably romance Cass again

 I'm always broke...apparently I dont kill enough stuff...

I always have too much money because I craft most of my equipment. The big investment is the schematics in the beginning, but once that's done it's just a matter of getting better materials. I always try to get Suledin Keep (the one in Emprise du Lion) as soon as possible because of those sweet gather leather and cloth missions. Send Leliana to get the best stuff and boom! No need to buy armor or weapons ever again! You can get tons of, you guessed it, silverite in EDL as well. Dawnstone is good too.

But at the beginning..ya only have access to the Hinterland . And the schematic from Val Royaux are crap....its the goddamn Brown coat for Mages . When I made a Qunari warrior...Its was still the Brown coat.......the only difference were the gloves !! And then got more schematic from redcliff and again..more brown coat..short or long one....

Is that why I'm getting that, crap it's driving me bonkers. I used the cheat that Phoenix posted a while back all those perks were awesome but I will never do it again because of that damn noise.

I'm going to have to use Excel I think....start planning about my 3 game arc playthroughs....

 

I was already working on over 10 specific playthroughs in DA:O (male and female for almost each origin), to try and experience a comprehensive variety of plot choices and romances...now not only do I have to match those to different Hawkes.....I  have to work out all of the different DA:I playthroughs I want, and then time them so I can easily create the Keeps....

 

maybe I'll use powerpoint instead.

Come on. Arianne nailed it and ended up with Sera for a happily ever after until DLC.

 

Now that you mention it the first DLC will probably be "Elf sins of our elfy fathers" and ruin both the elf/Sera romance and the Solas romance completely.

Using the cheat I raised my influence to level 20 so I could get all of them great perks much earlier in the game but every time you do anything with the menus or saves it makes that sound. I've had it for half of this game and I'm really tired of it. No more cheats for me.

 

Mental note: Don't get to lvl 20 influence!

Isnt noise suppoed to happen when ya are climbing to the top ?

In Swtor MMO.......as f2p there is this stupid money Limit...and it use this noise that ya are near the limit ....now that is annoying ! cose its ridiculous to have money Limit..and because it wont STOP........until ya burn ya money

I agree with you, I've just always viewed Rogues as the epitome of the Combat Pragmatist trope.

That's why I like them.
