The Arishok vs Cassandra

 

Now this is what I'm talking about. Cass is the clear winner but that is an epic matchup.

And they both have that one thing that made me go ewww...

 

Leliana and her Maker..God.......I hated that soo much..

 

And Morrigan.....she say something during her romance...that made me go like WTf? seriously ? 

 

But beside that..both are awesome.......now threesome with Bela...and its heaven

A bit late, but...welcome back, Alex!

About the approval system: if a character doesn't give approval for something they should approve of, perhaps they have their approval capped; once the max is hit though, it can always go down if choices that give disapproval with that character are made, like in Origins and unlike DA2 where friendship and rivarly once maxed couldn't go down again no matter what.
At least, that's what I have observed by playing, so I might well be wrong.

Well looks aside yeah in RL they'd both be too religious for my tastes as I just don't give a rat's *** about religion and Leliana and Cass spend too much time in that for my tastes.

Now her Ayn Randian commentary would bug me in real-life beyond belief and it bugged me in game but I think what finally smoothed things over for me with her is that she really does want to help people and it became a "not what Morrigan says but what Morrigan actually does" sort of scenario.

Well you have a point there that they don't make a point of proselytizing you for their faith. That's true. I did drop approval with Cass first game when I registered doubt about the Maker but I did make that all back up with her and was still able to romance her. I also forgot that Leliana expresses doubts about the Maker at one point. I was a little harsh with them wasn't I? Bad Nub!

I actually picked the Arishok over Iron Bull. lol Sorry Bull, but the Arishok is my favorite part of DA 2. Well, besides Isabela. lol

I almost always take Isabela with me in DA 2 and the same with Cass in DA: I. Never leave home without them.

Oddly enough, Varric beats out Morrigan and Leliana. I'm not really surprised, hes the ultimate Bro. I love Varric. *fist pump*

 

The real shocker is how high The Arishok is in my list. I'm not really surprised, hes the climax of DA 2's storyline for me.

 

On the funny side, Dog beats out Carver. HAHAHAHHAHA.

 

The big shock for me was that Fiona end up so high on the list. What? I liked her character in the books and seeing her finally in DA: I was a highlight of the game for me.

And yes, I like Vivienne. Its nice to know a pro circle high class mage. I'm just shocked Oghren ended up so high on the list. I guess I like him more than I realize. Then again, how could I not love anyone voiced by Steven Blum?
