They do refill over time, but I don't know what the refill rate is. So instead of savouring likes I just click any post.

Here is decidedly a girl name (Greek goddess of the hunt, duh), but I know that in the U.S.A. is considered a guy's name too. So...both? Sort of?

Well the obvious nickname for Artemis to me (and maybe to Eirene) would be Diana...
