Yep that was a nice touch on her part. I think my favorite thing with her so far though is when you're hailed as the Inquisitor and they cut to her cheering ecstatically for you and then she sort of remembers herself and it's like "ahem, yes, well, good show!" I chuckled at that and it was very endearing!

The part where I find Josie hot like hell..

 

Is during her painful goddamn personal quest..and she 'click' and figure out who is who.....man........when she pierce that guy with a glare...I could almost see the wheel in her brain all go overload.....and she goes chess mate !

Maybe I'm missing some context but is he really just saying be nice to each other because space is really big and all your arguments are pointless?

 

From knowing that space is really big, we see that the earth is small and fragile, and we don't have anywhere else that we could go for a second chance in the near future, so if we value ourselves as a species and believe ourselves capable of better, maybe we should try squabbling over economics, politics and religion a little less and concentrate on making sure we don't ruin it for ever through nuclear war (it was written at the height of the cold war, so that was in his mind) or climate change. That's the message I get from it, anyway.

I was a human noble archer for Josie romance. There were some lines about my background, but I don't know if I missed anything by not being a mage.

A scene I loved with her when trying to romance was after you complete her personal quest, when you ask should I stop complimenting you, d'aww how easily she gets blustered by it all. Also being threatened by Lels has never felt so rewarding!

If ya take the appropriate reply...I do find Josie...a tiny bit shallow......just a tiny bit . Never on the Lvl of Vivi of course...but enough that it irk me...

 

Hmm it's funny sometimes how people read her differently. You're not the first person I've seen describe her as shallow but I read her as deep actually but just very shy and reserved which sometimes can come off as arrogant. But she is not condescending like Viv is. I had the chat with Viv last night after Haven where she tells you that you fubared the whole thing at Haven and you must do better "dear" and I was sore there wasn't the "punch Viv in the face" option for that scene.

Josie is far too good natured to be that manner of fact about it, she has a good heart, just like Lels.

Her job is to convince the world outta there that we are there to help..it isnt far fetched to think she is doing her job . She is the AMBASSADOR.....she is the one who make sure we look good and no bad rumors are floating around . She is the one who calm the nobles and snobs and convince them we are no murders ....etc...

 

So yeah....I see it more like this then her really caring...since the whole time she was asking..she was filling Papers...wich I assume are about ya...

I have to do her romance then. I did her personal quest last game but it was so dry I don't remember much except where Lel gets all intimidating with her and tries to bully her into having people killed. But Leliana was a total creep my last game!

I dont mind playing Noble..but I never play a Noble that is all......ya know...snob . I mean Haven has alot of peoples who lost loved ones and their homes.....ya think I care about Haven looking like a Dumb ? when there are peoples who have nowhere to go..and are terrified ? 

 

Like I said..she is a Tiny bit shallow....never like Vivi...Vivi is like a whole planet of shallow.....God...

I enjoyed the flirt moments more so with Josie than the duel scene, also you get an over-productive Red on your case, glorious threatening moments. Lels gets smexier again and again in this game.

Ok well I haven't had the convo with her about Haven's appearance and she seemed broken up enough about it after it happened. There isn't a char in the team I really dislike on a personal lvl except Viv. I even think Viv is a competent person and a great asset in combat but she just is not likeable and It doesn't help, I said this before in the thread, that she resembles a woman I dated once who also had extremely objectionable views of working people. Oh, that part. I don't think Josie is being a snob. She's used to living in luxury and in warmer climates. She says she's happy to hear someone else say it out loud. She doesn't like it, but she doesn't whine about it either. She was probably wondering if she was being a baby about it and to hear somebody else say it validates her opinion.
