Most threads that go extreme die down but character hate threads last forever and get very personal often for no reason.

I can appreciate this Monkey. I don't know if the thread really showed any hate however.. I mean i think its hard for anyone to read that and take it serious.
The real question here is, how can one be a true fan of Sera and be opposed to trolling? She's basically the avatar of every troll that has or ever will breath in a conspicuously apt self-loathing ambiguously-gendered every-person package.
She's not even close to a troll. Perhaps a prankster, but she's not cruel in an attempt to be funny.
No, I simply hold others to my rigorously high standards. If you look at my post history, you'll see that even when I'm annoyed I'm polite.
I never thought it actually threatened our livelyhood, but to encourage people to come into our thread and disparage Sera is really insensitive.

You don't need to be cruel to be a troll. Most trolls tend to just be obstinate and unwilling to express themselves in a coherent fashion to the point of being purposefully infuriating. Which Sera definitely is.
