I got the feeling justicars are kind of like matriarch level. I don't know if that's actually said though. 

well when ya Lvl Samara...ya can choose the Matriarch Lvl . And I do think she is more powerful...cose she has been fighting no stop..while Benezia may be strong in her own right...but she led a peaceful existance . Still.....she could be just as strong or more powerful..its really hard to tell .

You could always name him after his "Dad" Robert. Yunno I'd probably go for Charles myself or Robert, but I'd give those to a human noble or maybe even Henry. Lol it would have to be a regal like name for me too. Like all my female elves in DAI have to have Irish names or something that sounds pretty celtic, I'm weird like that.
