There's a war table quest that doesn't open up till later in the game. Wiki says level 16, that gives access to that area.

I did Love the Khajitt . Kitty !!!

Well in Skyrim that is . I did like Oblivion .. It was like daggerfall but with better graphic . And That was something missing from Skyrim . Atmosphere .

But the big world...is intimidating for me . I love games where I have a set goal and limitation to where I'm going , since I'm there for the story and to hunt the bad guy . The whole...go build a house and explore isnt for me..I get bored fast .

I always wanted a blend of the two (Bioware and TES style). I thought DAI might've been it, but it's not that at all.

When push comes to shove though, I like more direction and story too.

Yeah

Thats the annoying part . All I found was a Journal where he was blabbering nonsense about the Maker .

I go down there and found them . And there are burned body there...so...ritual ??

from what I was getting he was in a circle and he was on the run . The fact he claimed this was a far away Location..usually mean 'Im gonna settle here and continue watever creepy busness I had' .....wich the bodie are proof kinda .

Thats pretty much what I got from it as well.  And there isn't any other codex or books nearby that shed more light, at least not that I've found.   He was a really tough mage to kill too, at least on Hard.

Maybe one of those times DA reminds you that yes, there is truth the fact mages can be dangerous and become possessed?

I might be the only one here but i find rats adorable tbh (esp white lil mouses). Well, not to the point of touching street rats but they don't make me scream and jump out of any available window like spiders do.

I'm actually fine of this kind of spider who stay on roof for forever, but the rest? God help me.

Yeah...

Trust me..the rat I grow up with..ya dont wanna touch . Hell..ya dont wanna even get close....and they werent the nice kind . They were living in a Dump for years and are very hostile..and god..there were many of them . I remember Glowing EYES!

Heh, I prefer her for Divine as well.

I picture her doing this when Fiona acts up:

Whenever I see that I feel the urge to post this:

puny-god-o.gif

This is also what thousand cuts Sera does to Coryphytits. Puny god.

Not necessarly..

I mean..he was locked away for years . So its kinda unfair . If he was a Mage who was free..and he went bonker..that would apply .

I'm not exusing what he did . But to say 'mage can be dangerous and possessed' .......I say , give them their freedom . let them live like real peoples , then ya can weed out those who no matter what they are given they still go Evil .

Because in the Journal he was blabbering how it was strange he doesnt feel anyone watching him and he kinda missed it .

And he also was ranting about Magic and it being given by the Maker . So that tell ya . If he was a free mage and grow up like anyone else , think he be obsessed over this ? doubtful .

Indeed, if they're hostile then that's another matter XD.

We have rats here too in my place, but also lots of cats. Therefore lots of dead rats. :/

Stop feeding the cats. Then they'll eat the rats and no more mess! Until they puke up the hair...

I think the only problem is they spent so much time filling in the wide-open areas with little side-quests that the main story feels slight. I'd prefer they stuck with open world but cut back the side-quest content and made a much bigger main story. I think it's possible to do.

But if we get dlc for this game that adds some more story content or an expansion that gives us more of the Solas story then we might end up feeling, at the end of the day, like we got our complete money's worth.

Better they eat the rats than the birds. That's the dark side of cats. Poor birdies...

Probably meant more an expansion that picks up with what Solas is up to.

The main story thus far has been pretty powerful to me and it's well written but it does feel just a little too short. I end up putting off the final chapters and doing lots of little missions as a result.

Yeah you don't have to worry about running into the dragon by accident in the red templar area there. The dragon is... elsewhere.

Rats are fine. I remember being called out to this outdoor garden store at a mall one time. I get there and the staff is hysterical because they've seen a rat (oh noes!). They point me to a pallet where they've seen the critter go under of. I lift the pallet and find the poor thing curled up in to a ball and shaking with terror. And the staff if screeching and demanding I kill the poor thing. Eff that. I put on my armored gloves, picked the critter up and carried it about 50m to the lakeside where it had come from (it was a water rat). The little fella tried to bite through my glove on the way so I knew it was alright :P To moral of the story: City slickers know nothing and occasionally need to be slapped by mother nature :P
