Imagine what an average straight person would think: Yeah, she wanted to get the info, but obviously she couldn't be so completely uninterested if she even wanted to go into seduction on the first place, and went so far as making him naked.

 

The writers could make up any other reason leading to the same result, but they had to make a lesbian be put in sexual situation with a man.

 

What's stereotypically straight about that?

 

Seduction is used because seduction works. You need no other motivation than that, and 'making him naked' is hardly something to stop before if you're serious about being shamelessly seductive.

I always thought that after the game was done to certain point, one of the devs actually decided to check out the manuals for stats and found out that you can't fight gods on that level.

 

Kelemvor said that almost literally. So my character was first like "I WILL DESTROY THAT D*MN WALL!!!1111!!" but after meeting him the only options was basically "lol k bye".

Have not played DA 2. Should I or is it so bad I shouldn't bother?

Personally I would recommend it, as well as Legacy as it ties to Inquisition. Plenty of issues with recycled environments and a weak third act, in which case I would also recommend playing Legacy in Act 3, but otherwise I think that this game is a lot of fun and has a great cast, not to mention that it provides some good context for Varric and Cassandra's dynamic.

It has many well documented problems. I'd put it as the weakest of the three DA games, but I still found plenty to enjoy. Some will tell you that it's an abomination of a game not worthy of anyone's time, but I can't agree with that. You can only really find out for yourself by playing.

flycam adventures with my babies. tricky because the facial animation is just their heads mashing together sooo if you look at it from the side it's hilarious. also sera is floating like a foot off the ground in that scene. BUT. i learned 2 things. 

 

one, they are adorable (ok i lied i already knew that)

I'm sure the context would be completely different if only so many lesbian characters in the media weren't portrayed in such way, as deep down wanting men sexually. But it isn't so, and myths it encourages encourage in turn sexual violence against lesbians, which I am survivor of myself.
