I feel like I was denied a proper dance with my nutty elf lover at the Halamshiral ball
At least you got the balcony dance, Bull leads you back to the Halamshiral dance floor and it fades to black! ![]()

I think he means that you don't really see it as it fades out quickly.
I went through it too, it is definitely the worst! *offers brownies to make up for it*
Romancing Bull is the best way to get over Solas, I swear.
Thanks, I'm gonna try Bull next. Those brownies are delicious btw.
He's a sweetheart. Vulgar and hilarious and completely adorable. Unless you don't like the fact that he's a dom... But that's my favourite part, sooo....
Alright loves, hopping back into my dwarf-zone. Ttyl.

Oh, I'd love to hear a poetess' tales of debauchery and excess!
Point to whoever gets the reference.

Come on! Does nobody know who I'm referencing?
couple months back we talked about how "peotess" was the DA equalvelent to lesbian(though it carries a charged connotation and could be considered offensive depending on context imo) but i understand we use it as term to describe a storyteller who tells dirty stories. No idea.

Isabela!
leliana
Heck yes!
Isabela!
If Leliana is in the party when you try to enter the Mage Tower in Origins, the Templar may ask for her... company.
She will reply with "No, I'm a... poetess!"
and then, two lines later, she says "Would you like to hear my tales of debauchery, and excess?"
indeed. Aveline is the baddest assassin I have played in the series. And I always stood by Altair up until I played Liberation. I mean...Altair is still a fav just not THEE fav. I connect with Aveline more. She's half African and half French. I said it before but it's literally like rpg-ing myself in a game.
(as an aside, before I got the game, I thought her and Connor had some type of chemistry during their mission together....felt none of that when I played so I truly don't get how people ship them)
I've never played any of the Assassin's Creed games, but in your honour I propose a toast to badass female assassins and rogues in general.

Don't remember that, but I probably have heard it in my play throughs. I always have Leliana with me. She's just my favourite companion next to Morrigan.
Oh no, no, no. That's certainly not a problem. I can be incredibly versatile
My my, might we have some fun. ![]()

So...I feel silly asking this but...what does poetess mean? I remember Leliana saying that to the Templar And I could tell it wasn't about poetry. Or was it?
I originally thought she meant the fact she was a Bard. Poets/poetesses and Bards seem to be of a rather similar ilk in some aspects.
But no. The Templar was a man, so she backed out lying she's a lesbian.
She's actually bi, just in case you did not know.
Still, good excuse is good.
Morrigan, though... scares the hell out of the Templar.
My my, might we have some fun.
Certainly
