Yes.
But they will disappear the next time you go to sleep because Sera will steal them. That's how she has so many of them.
-snort- Maria, you're golden.
Sera does steal what she likes.
And I see you're celebrating via icon the Dorian reveal ![]()

Sera can steal my Inquisitor any time.
ANY. DAY. OF. THE. WEEK.
Dem lips. God.
Her lips are a thing, yes. Even if I miss Merrill-style elven faces.
I got Sera's front, back and face from her character kit added to spoiler tags on the OP.
They looked blue here.
No change in her eyes afaik. In the neutral light of the model viewer her iris is orangey-brownish near the pupil, changing to more yellow, and I think a hint of blue around the edge. A bit like the "green and hazel" example at this link.
They drift brown or blue in our shots depending on shadow and surrounding light. Eyes in Frostbite are crazy.
Yeah looks to be toned down from her first shot. Dorian was getting jealous.
As above, pretty sure the makeup is the same. Most likely shadows in the tavern shot adding to it.
I thought it might have been the lighting. I wasn't sure which one was her real color, though.
Thanks for the clarification, Luke!

Why is it only now I've noticed the Tevinter flag?
Wait. So this means that there is a good chance that this is a tavern in Redcliffe, right? Ho boy.

It could be Tevinter themed pub in Orlais.

I'm sure that Orlais would sooner burn itself to the ground than to let a building have such tawdry, positively Ferelden decor on its streets. I mean, have you seen the quality of the masonry? Barbaric.

Well, it's not the type of place upper class Orlesians would be caught dead in ![]()
..though they could end up dead if they did show up.

This makes me wonder about Vivienne's reaction to such a place. And then Sera's reaction to that.

Lmao, apart from not noticing the flag, I didn't realize it was a tavern too.
I'm so lame.
So I'm thinking about something. A while back some people in the romance thread suggested that Sera being a lesbian may be a result of previous exposure to elven traditions, in particular the expectation to get married and have kids. Having read the Dorian interview today, Gaider does mention this:
In Tevinter, mages form the ruling class. He comes from a wealthy and influential family, one of many that arrange marriages and raise their children to become perfect mages… yet Dorian has rejected that life. He's seen the corruption to which it leads, and he refuses to play along despite the fact it's made him something of a pariah.
Which is interesting because some of us were speculating the same thing about Sera. Now I don't know if I'm reading too much into any of this, but Sera might have similarly rejected elven traditions and became who she is, after all. If that is the case for Dorian, it's possible that it's also the case for Sera as previously speculated.

Hmm. That could be worth speculating on. I personally believe that whilst that could be a reason deep down she herself isn't aware of, I don't think that's her main reason. She's unlike Dorian for the fact that she is, well, a rogue. She's in a gang, surely they wouldn't care about propriety as much as a family of magisters would, perhaps they would even approve of her seeking happiness in whatever form she wants it. And she seems to be all about fun in the now no matter what others think rather than trying to reject elven traditions. When you compare how Dorian's motivations with his people and his homeland is given prime time in his bio yet with Sera there's barely a peep of her being an elf, much less trying to reject any traditions or stereotypes placed on her race.

Er, I'm fairly sure that she's a lesbian because, well, that's just how she turned out to be.

It's a good point. When considering Sera's personality (what we know of it anyway), it seems unlikely that she would share Dorian's motivations or associate her dissatisfaction (if any) with elven traditions with who she is.
That said, the thing is Sera doesn't strike me as 'patriotic' in the first place, if that makes sense. She's not the type who takes pride in being an elf. At least that's the impression I get it from her right now.
Er, I'm fairly sure that she's a lesbian because, well, that's just how she turned out to be.
It's more of a question of how her exposure to elven culture has affected her personality overall, or why she decided to be become who she is in the first place. This seems to be the case for Dorian so I wonder if Sera is in any way similar.

It's certainly possible that she has rebelled against elven traditions (arranged marriage etc.) because she's gay, but people don't become gay because they want to rebel. Can't she just be gay because you know...she's attracted to women instead of men?

I might recommend that you depart this tangent about one's sexual orientation being "affected" by societal traditions before this all gets very messy.
And Dorian was affected by his sexuality; his sexuality wasn't affected.

I....think that's what he was saying, but just worded it weird?
